  • Freak!

  • Revolutionary!

Prophecy 101: Islam and Satan - Walid Shoebat

  • Doesn't matter what your IQ is.

If you are trying to assert that the Earth is 6,000 years old, you're an idiot

  • @odinata damn straight!

  • Atheist don't have higher IQ's, I'm an atheist and I do stupid shit ALL the time.

  • I wish my IQ was over 200... or at least 145...

  • "They would conclude that their brain was not intelligently designed. That means their brain was the result of chaos and randomness."

There is something called natural laws and they are not random. The only thing this guy proves is that having a high IQ doesn't mean that much.

  • How do you "believe" in Atheism, exactly?

What does Atheism claim? This seems like a mis-representation. But out of curiosity, what does Atheism claim as statement so as to require "belief"?

  • @Ital21 Well, maybe it is seen as the belief in philosophical arguments for something not rooted in science. Oh I don't know... like the theory of Evolution?

So you see, "atheism" is a religion due to many things, including believing in things that sounds good and frees you from taking responsibility from your actions. After all, when you die, you cease to exist, so you're pretty much free to do anything you like. You can even act like an animal if you want, because you think that's what you are

  • @PirateXzibit I don't have any belief in the theory of Evolution. I can show you it's true, but you'd be unwilling to listen, I imagine. I gather as much from experience with people such as yourself.

Tell me, what other "beliefs" are you aware of in the "Religion of Atheists" that you can quantify here? Who do atheists pray to and pay tribute to, and in what holy place do they gather, and what identifying garments do they wear, so as to call it a religion?

Do tell! Curious minds are eager!

  • @PirateXzibit That is not true at all. I'm an atheist and atheism certainly doesn't motivates an inidividual's behavior to the point he can act like an animal. You want to take about people acting like animals, God allowing the slaughter of infants, children, and women. God condoning child abuse (Proverbs 13:24, 23:13-14), God allowing slavery. It teaches that women are inferior to me (Corinthians 14:33-35). I don't know about you but as an Atheist, I find the Bible caused more harm than good.

  • @PirateXzibit Also atheism is not "believing" in the "theory" of evolution. I believe in the "facts" of evolution but I'm skeptical about a lot of the "theories" of evolution. So you see, atheism and theory of evolution are two completely different things. Atheism is simply lack of belief in God(s). You clearly know nothing about being an "atheist" which further proves that Creationist aren't very logical.

  • @joshlazarus That's a logical assumption ;)

  • Well hi strawman argument, nice to see you again.

  • You have a energy information problem..lets say you have all necessary proteins DNA RNA.enzymes to make a cell..the paradox is..In order for digital code to be precise, and information to be processed correctly..you need the molecular machines, the factories inside the cell.assembling information..these systems are the very things..that live inside the cell.they harness the energy..its an uphill struggle.I dont think you understand..no natural process can achieve this.

  • @5tonyvvvv he, relifuck.....cant u read????

  • @TheRelitard Your name should be, The RETARD!!!!

  • @5tonyvvvv u r ....becouse i m right.

    go to school.

  • we all know relifucks cant calculate......that means, they made an error with decimals, as they always do....so ist not 200, but 20.....its not 145, but 14,5....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • good, get the person who got high IQ and will question him about why he believes in jesus.. lets see if his faith can still be the same... lets see if an open minded person won't see what we don't and what we see.

  • Interesting that no one has ever made that claim.

  • yes, there are extremely intelligent people who believe/d in nonsense. newton for example.

  • what did he say?? 150??? we all know creationists arnt good at math...its decimal was wrongly placed it should be 15.

  • @TheRelitard No retard there are plenty of PhD level scientists that believe in God..and IQ's over 160..you just can't question Darwinism.

  • @TheRelitard RNA research..lol copying information using activated subunits at just the right temperatures ..which would never be found on a there so called primordial earth...If the really want t o simulate the correct experiment .they need conduct one like what Stanley miller did, and get around the major problem of Chirality..its IMPOSSIBLE to separate amino acids do you have any testable repeatable observable evidence for abiogenesis ?..abiogenesis is a Faith!!

  • @TheRelitard

You think chemicals are just put into a test tube and you have RNA LOL..everything is? carefully watched at just the right TEMPERATURES!!! activated..with subunits to start it and bases along with million dollar synthesizing machines.to COPY information just to get it started!!!..these are CONTROLLED EXPERIMENTS!!! How dumb can you be?.. RNA arising...LOL more like plagiarizing information ..cut? and paste MORON!!!...LOL!..

  • @TheRelitard Even with all the Proteins and DNA and RNA ...What would you do with it??..from there you have zero molecular machines, zero assembly instructions...all this stuff would just float away in some primordial soup and break down..and it would be the same thing in a test tube. to get amino acids to self assemble is impossible..there is no natural process.to make a cell evolve ..it would be easier to build the space shuttle..blindfolded while riding a unicycle

  • @TheRelitard You have a energy information problem..lets say you have all necessary proteins DNA RNA.enzymes to make a cell..the paradox is..In order for digital code to be precise, and information to be processed correctly..you need the molecular machines, the factories inside the cell.assembling information..these systems are the very things..that live inside the cell.they harness the energy..its an uphill? struggle.I dont think you understand..no natural process can achieve this.

  • @5tonyvvvv u probably never heared of the sun????

plants make use of it too.....

    we as well..

    uuuppss...there u go.....

  • atheists don't become become atheists because of their intellect:

90%+ of all atheists are such because of their emotions.

  • Matter can't create itself.

Scientifically, the existence of matter is absolute proof of a Matter Maker.

  • @InternetDisciple Disregard that last comment, sometimes I let the fundie ignorance shine through in a Poe'ish sort of way

I actually understand that the only logical ramification of matter existing that can't be created (see; conservation of energy) is that it existed indefinitely.

  • Juby,

Remember - all that u have, the total sum of everything xian = a book written by ancient/anonymous camel-herders. A book - comprised of pulp, ink & glue published by human beings (for profit LOL) in the language of human beings, for human beings (the dumb ones) & in the grand scheme of this 13.7 bil yo Universe - everything human including your bibull is totally irrelevant.

Not so long ago christianity did not exist & it will return to dust & nothingness soon enough.

    Enjoy your delusion.

  • Atheists accuse us christians of bigotry but atheists are th ebiggest religious boigots of them all. You can't get more closed minded and bigoted than claiming atheists are more intelligent.

keep up the good work mate!

  • @ultimatedazzler

What is more bigoted & close minded:

    1) some1 who chooses not to believe an unsubstantiated bullshit fairytale about an invisible carpenter-superhero who is in complete control of this University w/ 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000+ planets & 400+ bil stars

    or

    2) someone who tells people that if they do not believe what he believes they will be tortured forever in a lake of fire

P.S. Even if all of science were wrong this does not then set the stage for xianity to hijack reality

  • I absolutely love this guy! =)

  • Evolution is randomness? Natural Selection is not random. I am agnostic. It seems to me that you have no Knowledge of evolution and make me lean toward Atheism. There is now Test that can be maid on Paper that can accurately tell a persons IQ. I see evolution as a Fact, We have observed it, we know it happens. It is a theory because we are still trying to figure out exactly how it works. So tell me something to convince me god exists and for me to lean more towards Christianity.

  • @MrFlyestNerd Noah built a boat and gathered every living thing 2 x 2, Moses parted the Red Sea, Jona lived in the belly of a whale, Jesus raised from the dead, walked on water. What else do you need - its in the Bible (or current canon/codex). Stop thinking for yourself and join us! You'll get 72 virgins....crap wrong one, you'll get streets of gold. Evolution/Natural Selection is absurd! Please stop thinking! Sarcastically yours, Fellow Agnostic, considering Atheism to differentiate myself.

  • @ERICBOBCAT Lol nice. i am actually agnostic now from being a Deist/ Atheist. All religious stories are ridiculous and out of the question. lol

  • @MrFlyestNerd here are some quotes from random blogs: Natural selection is a product of selective pressures. Those selective pressures are random in that they do not try to produce anything specific (ie: original appendages, limbs, organs, organ systems, body plans, etc or the DNA that codes for them). Hence, natural selection is random. It doesn’t try to produce anything with an end goal in mind, it simply selects out whatever happens not to survive

  • @MrFlyestNerd (and whatever happens to survive is what it happened to select, which is a tautology). Bettawrekonize Shi Huang said Bettawrekonize, well said. Natural selection is as random as anything that is random. When something is not random, it could only mean intention, plan, or something similar. Selection by human breeders is not random.

  • @SuperPoliceState You're confusing natural with random. If natural automatically meant random there would be no such thing as science and no, selection is not random.

  • personally i think they placed the decimal wrong.....hehehehehe

  • Here's a coincidence for ya', Ian. According to some research I found on varies internet pages, the percentage of American Atheism/Agnosticism/Non Religious is.....

    General Public: 15%

    Medical Doctors: 25%

    College Professors: 61%

    National Academy of Sciences: 93%

By the way, the National Academy of Sciences is like the most educated intellectual group in America. In general, the more education you have, the lesser religious you are.

  • @oldblubblub apart from that..it pays better to be the postsign of creationism....

and if brains where intellently designed..why we dont have all the same intelligence??becouse computers of the same ``creation`` have all the same computing power..

  • @oldblubblub Atheism is not the same as Agnosticism or non religious. It is categorically incorrect to group them together. One doesn't believe there is a god. The other doesn't know if god exist or not. And the later doesn't subscribe to a religion, what their stance is on the god issue is unknown based on that question. They maybe less religious but to jump to the conclusion that they don't believe in god is false. Unless they say they are Atheist their belief is unknown

  • This atheist's IQ is 162

  • Yes, this is a fact. All of the studies and surveys and work that has been done on this, show the same tendencies. Across national lines, cultural lines and so on we see that the more educated people are or the higher IQs or levels of knowledge they have, the less they believe in "invisible men in the sky"..Wow, who could have guessed that?Haha!: )

  • To recap, several surveys of scientists show that the "greater" the scientist the more likely he or she is to be an atheist and the less likely he or she is to believe in God.

And isn't funny that for evolutionary biologists - those who know the most of anyone about evolution, and who can see most clearly how retarded the anti-science, religious objections masquerading as science that Creationists put forth are - that theism, of any degree, is only at 4.7%, whereas atheism is at 78%.

  • A 2009 poll of AAAS scientists found that 33% believed in God and 41% were atheists (18% did not believe in God but did believe in a universal spirit or higher power, and 7% did not know or refused to answer). Atheism beats theism there, but not by all that much.

However, when we go up to the "greater" scientists in the US, those in the NAS, the level of belief plummets and the level of atheism rises. In the NAS, only about 7% of scientists believed in God whereas 72.2% were atheists.

  • @DNAunion can you site a source?

  • @swisscheesepotatochi

Here are the two sources for the scientific polls.

Evolution, Religion and Free Will, Gregory W. Graffin & William B. Provine, American Scientist, July-August 2007 Volume 95, Number 4 Page: 294

    htt p : / /pewforum. o rg/Science-and-Bioethics/Scientists-and-Belief. as px

  • @DNAunion thank you...

  • A poll of evolutionary biologists ...

"The great majority of the evolutionists polled (78 percent) chose A, billing themselves as pure naturalists. Only two out of 149 [1.34%] described themselves as full theists (F), two [1.34%] as more theist than naturalist (D) and three [2.01%] as theistic naturalists (B). Taken together, the advocacy of any degree of theism is the lowest percentage measured in any poll of biologists' beliefs so far (4.7 percent)."

78% atheists, 4.7% any sort of theist

  • A survey of 480,000 US scientists in the fields of earth and life sciences found that less than 0.15% either were Creationists or merely considered Creationism a valid theory. That means that 99.85% neither were Creationists nor accepted Creationism as a valid scientific theory.

  • Is entirely pointless and a waste of my time. So im going to end this conversation here.

Best of luck to you, enjoy your life, make the most of it. But for the love of god don't push your religious views on other and water down science for the next generation.

  • Ive offered you examples of texts that predate the Hebrew text by upwards of a thousand years. Ive offered literary elements that are found in many cultures that are found nearly verbatim in Genensis such as the Storm God vs. the Sea as well as the flood myth. I can offer you countless scientific examples as well. However we both know this wont sway you. In your eyes there is absolutely no evidence that would convince you, so you asking me to present evidence and "put up or shut up"

  • we can always count on you to do the wrong thing and undermine your own credibility in the process. Then you get mad and name call some more and stomp off angry and disproven. Yipee. Badmouth me some more, you just illustrate my point.

  • Comment removed

  • @havoc092 That is pretty ironic because I would say the same thing about you.

You say Im mad and stomping off angry and disproven...

Your the one stomping off, you haven't even attempted to propose a counter argument to the evidence I have presented.

And the counter-arguments you do present are incoherently worded. Big words don't always make you sound smart.

  • LOL. a counter argument? I asked for proof and you want to argue. Apparently there is a language problem here. That or you have yet to be able to read for comprehension? Show us a dog turning into a non-dog. Shut us up. I dont' need to hear your handwringing arguments, we've got mountains of handwringing arguments from you guys. Evidence, that is what is being sought and not even in the mountains you claim to have. Put up or shut up. simple.

  • Also Id like to point out that many cultures that never had contact thought the earth was flat and also that the the universe was geocentric (everything orbits the earth).

So with your logic the earth is flat and we are at the center of the universe.

  • I love how you attack me and say Im bias and prejudice. You don't know me, I am trying to present a logical argument. you however present malicious attacks when logic fails. That is the difference between you and me, I consider and actively seek fact and scientific based explanations.

  • The Hittite myths predate Genesis by 1000 - 500 years or so. Note They are not similar as you believe. They are polytheistic views however they do have some key similarities. Its as if the Hebrews picked and chose elements they liked and kept them. There is a theme in ancient myths of having a Storm God Vs. the Sea as well as flood myths. However that is mostly where the similarities end.

  • Who cares what someone thinks of someone else, that doesn't affect someone intelligence or commitment in any way. To suggest that people thinking lowly of the Wright brothers makes them any less intelligent or to argue for there being a god is quite far fetched. They have no correlation and in my brain is completely irrelevant.

Genesis was written some time beween 950-550 BCE. There are many Sumerian/Babylonian myths that predate that by 1000-500 years. Also there are the Hittie myths.

  • Also, having studied ancient mythology, there are several myths from cultures that predate the original Hebrew myth that have striking similarities.

This leads me to believe that the Hebrew myth is a human creation that borrows from/copies other myths of previous cultures.

Some specific texts that come to mind are Atrahsis and the flood, The Epic of Gilgamesh, The Enuma Elish, The Baal Cycle, and many others.

I highly recommend a Mythology course it will open your eyes!

  • @alexcowart I've been at comparative religion studies for over 20 years. There is little that predates Hebrew myth that doesn't have similarities. This argues for a common origination of the ideas which the hebrews also happen to have set down explanation for. The chinese stories are near verbatim copies of the Genisis story. But the chinese and hebrews had no contact. So you have two stories that are identical and a bunch with similarities that yet are also divergent.

  • @havoc092 Not to beat a dead horse, but if I was a betting man I would bet that your "religion studies class" was in no way taught with a neutral view. I would bet that it was taught with significant bias from a christian view point. If my previous statement is false, then I would challenge your teacher's competency.

  • Well of course you would. And we all understand that for purposes of debate, you have to engage in such a fallacious attempt at besmirching me when you could just offer said evidence and end the discussion. See, when we come up with credible and very destructive points, you have to undermine us because you can't produce the evidence. Only option. Problem is, this isn't some coy enterprise that no one expects. Everyone expects it.. because you guys do it so often and are dishonest.

  • Makes one wonder why the chinese wouldn't be considered corroboration. See, that never enters into the minds of those who would see it as corroboration if it were a second testimony for any other scientific enterprise. There is a reason for that. We generally call it bias or prejudice.

See, I find it interesting that we believe anything the Egyptians wrote on a wall, no matter how absurd. The hebrews stick to one god and write theirs down and they're the most unpopular people extant.

  • Evolutionists today are largely on the defensive. They've lost the ongoing public debate and that has become more and more clear especially in America. In the 1990s, Gallup and ABC news did polls showing how many people believed evolution in america. The categories for how we all got here were Evolution, theistic evolution and God alone. Evolution scored 9-13 percent of americans between the two polling outfits. They had to add God to get out of the teens and merely into the 20s. Google it

  • See, it isn't enough that they're snobs. People smarter and wiser than them are also a threat to the illusion that they're so much better and wiser. The threat must be destroyed. And that's what they do. Actual smart people aren't particularly threatened by actual morons. And actual smart people tend not to destroy morons; but, rather attempt to educate them and the people they mislead.

  • .. and of course the only way to not be ridiculed by a snob is to become one yourself. Since most of us with a brain prefer not to live our lives as snobs and feel like we need a bath even thinking about it, snobs will always look down at their betters. The wright brothers weren't embraced lovingly for upstaging the degreed morons. Simmelweis had his career destroyed by his peers who then also had him committed in a nuthouse where he died.

  • this guy is a nugget

  • beeing intelligent and beeing navie are to diffrent things ........

  • I want to know who that woman is.

  • This video's unintentional parody of itself is genius.

    It's an interesting correlation.

Of course the whole fallacy here anyway is that it's a sample size of 1.It's meaningless no matter how you spin it.

Also creationism doesn't entail christianity. This is not america.

5:30 what you mean like the laws of physics?

ROFL since when did ANYONE get an IQ of 200? No-one has an IQ that high. It's not possible to score that high. This HAS to be a parody.

  • LOVE IT!

  • Just because someone has a high IQ does NOT mean they have an understanding of science.

He may be a bright guy who is capable of understanding science if he dedicated time and effort, but it is clear that his mind is clouded by "pride and arrogance" as he so poetically put it.

  • @alexcowart As I've pointed out many times, it was two bicycle makers that solved the problem of manned flight. The scientific world was full of degreed morons. So, it isn't that people don't understand science. Nor is it that people are dumber than athiests or evolutionists. Most of the time; they're both smarter and more understanding of science and scientific principles. What you run into is the clique mentality. You aren't one of them, and therefore they are better than you. Snobs.

  • @havoc092

Ive read your comment 3 times. Your examples do not back up your argument?

First of all a bicycle maker is pretty informed of mechanics and engineering.

Someone that knows chemistry, or biology, or many other sciences would be near useless in designing and airplane (without doing research first).

So I don't exactly know where you are going with that. Also I don't follow your "clique mentality" argument either. Care to clarify?

  • Bicycle maker isn't informed of flight mechanics any more than other scientists were. What they were informed of is how bicycles work. And they made a living at it. I understand your need now to make them more than bicycle makers; but, your collegues from their time thought far less of them.

  • I'm probably the dumbest idiot on here, but... do I really need a phD, or have to be a member of Mensa to know in my heart that God exists? I'm not particularly educated, but I fought in the army, until my ear drove me out. I saw things most Mensa members will probably never see! In my experience of army life; not tests at a table; I saw things that could drive you one way or the other! Strip away all the science and feel the fear of knowing you could die any second... I believed!

  • @fireflygirl246 Nonsense and you know it ,but what should I expect from someone that follows moral relativism . God Bless and hopefully you will wake up before its too late . Moral relativism has ruined this once great nation and even the founders that werent believers agreed with that. And yet you genuis smarter then Christians crowd came in and brought your moral relativism and looky were we are as a nation and world today . So thank you and all your smart athesits .

  • Christian logic = The bible is infallible (How do you know?) God wrote the bible (How do you know?) The bible says so (What if it's flawed?) repeat this as many times as needed to feel like you have actual evidence

  • I found this survey from Mensa hmmmmmmm interesting to say the least . Mensa Survey Christian Catholic: 21.4% Protestant: 17% Anglican: 9.6% Unspecified Christian: 5.9% TOTAL: 53.9% Other Agnostic: 6.2% Atheist: 5.5% Skeptic, misc. against: 5.7% None, unaffiliated, lapsed: 5.1% Undecided, searching, sometimes: 4.7% Humanist, individualist, life, nature, hedonist, eclectic, etc: 5.4% Ambiguous, unclassifiable: 4.5% TOTAL: 37.1% And all other faiths equaled 9% . Praise God :D
  • @sgtwalker64 well lets look at this right, so we have 54% are christians and 37% are some form of non believer. lets for agruments sake say the population is 80% christian 15% non believer and 5% other faith. That means athiests are 3.5 times more likely to become members of mensa then christian, if it was equal we would see 15% athiest and 80% christian and we don't. are atheist smarter I doubt it, they might be more open minded and that might help.

  • @ Isignorancebliss The discussion was about an assertion made by intellectual morons like Richard Dawkins. Who has been made a fool of so many times I cant believe anyone takes him seriously anymore. Dave got this stupid theory from Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens who is maybe a retard. All Hitchens does is regurgitate Dawkins lies. Just watch the look on Dawkins face when Ben Stein stumped him . Ask yourself this why wont Dawkins debate William Lane Craig and instead mock Dr Craig .

  • @redgrayz You atheist can keep spreading that lie about IQs. In my family alone , both my parents, my 2 sisters and myself are all MENSA member and ALL young earth creationists. At 150 im the lowest IQ in my family and my little sister who has 2 PHDs is the highest at 196. Also Ive met some really stupid atheist who just parrot garbage learned from Carrier and Dawkins .

BTW the arguement you use comes from Christopher Hitchens is just another parrot of carrier and Dawkins . Please do research

  • @sgtwalker64 With an IQ of 150 you no doubt have a decent ability to reason, why is it then that with so much evidence pointing to a creation that didn't actually happen in six days you choose to believe in the literal version?

  • dude, i think its a bad idea to put ur great videos in youtube because its filled with atheist trolls with no life (as can be noted in the comments section below) :(

But anyway, it's a brave move

  • @landi2210 To be fair, there's no difference between your commenting on a video and an atheist commenting on one. Also, making sweeping generalizations about a group of people is exactly what this video is trying to counter. Please see Matthew 7:5.

  • @Isignorancebliss I didn't say all atheists are no life-trolls. I said that all the trolls in the comments section below are atheists with no life.

I have many atheist friends, and they have a great life (in fact we live that life togheter) but i was pointing out that the trolls in the comments section of this video are all atheists. And, like all trolls, they have no life. But i was in no way trying to insult the atheist community.

  • "Our creator, Lord Jesus Christ"? If Jesus is the son of God(?), how could Jesus be the creator if he had a parent that created him? Im not religious but i know for sure that according to the Bible( = Just because someone said it, makes it true?), God is the creator of all things and not Jesus.

BTW i belive that Evolution is true but Jesus existed but he was a regular man.

P.S. That guy "Dave is kinda stupid making a statement like that, IQ has nothing to do with religious beliefs.

  • This guys head is full of false dichotomies. No wonder he is a young earth creationist.

  • No my brain was no intelligently designed it evolved from lesser brains into the fully functional higher intelligence brain it is today. No my brain was not the result of chaos or randomness instead in was the result of millions of years of the best brains in the world being carried on through the genome and becoming more and more advanced. My IQ is actually very high but it isn't over 200. Still though like you said high IQ doesn't mean your right. Childhood indoctrination beats IQ any day.

  • Well while the statement that there are no christians with iqs over 160 is wrong, it is actually true that people who are atheists do actually have an iq higher than the average religious person e.g. christian. And that religousity is inversely proportional to iq.

  • i think iq tests prove nothing . you can get a high score on an iq test and still be stupid enough to believe in god

  • there are flaws in everything you stupid fuck since nobody has all the information that exists fucktard

  • There is a lot of fake Christians out there coz when it comes to religion only fundamentalism has any sense at all. But then to doubt is to blasphem which gets you to hell.

  • Well, mr Wazooloo, if you are genuinely interested in debating something related to this topic, maybe we can debate how not having a belief in anything is considered intellectual bankruptcy. Because it almost sounds like you are trying to say how not collecting stamps is a hobby.

  • Here are some atheists with fairly high IQ's. Bill Gates Albert Einstein Thomas Edison Abraham Lincoln Woody Allen James Cameron John Carpenter George Carlin Bill Maher Fidel Castro Ted Turner the list goes on... We may have Fidel Castro, but you have Hitler and Stalin.
  • @Thumprsbro Albert Einstein was not an atheist, nor was he a devout Christian. We have writings from him in which he talks about how "[He] is most definitely not a Crusading Atheist" in response to those people accusing him of having atheist beliefs.

  • @Thumprsbro Albert Einstein is by far the most recognizeable name of highly intelligent people and sorry to dissapoint you but he was in no way an atheist. Which means you are basically full of crap.

  • @Thumprsbro

    Abraham Lincoln, on the Bible:

"In regard to this great book, I have but to say, it is the best gift God has given to man. All the good the Saviour gave to the world was communicated through this book. But for it we could not know right from wrong. All things most desirable for man’s welfare, here and hereafter, are to be found portrayed in it"

  • I have an I.Q of 120 and I can't pass organic chemistry. I.Q is bullshit.

  • If you're so smart, maybe you should read a book. Preferably one about science. Preferably not a book of bronze aged desert tribe myths. Idiot.

  • You and everyone else whining are all idiots. You're being lied too. And you just eat the shit up, you can have an IQ as high as you want, but you're still a puppet, sheep who is screwing over the people earnestly searching for the hidden truths in a disgusting world built on lies.

  • Naming a few people to address a general (misrepresented) claim by a person he probably invented.

    1. YECs are a puny minority among scientists in the fields that matter here (biology, geology, etc.) and very often don't work at real universities but religious think tanks

    2. There is a strong correlation between religiosity and low quality of life / high violent crime rates / less than average intelligence

There are many statistics and studies about those claims. Look them up before replying.

  • Evolution is not "chaos and randomness", how anyone could think they have a solid grasp of evolutionary theory, to the point that they can adequately argue against it, and misunderstand it so profoundly is stunning. Just goes to show you, even intelligent people can believe intensely stupid things. (Yeah, believing a magical man in the sky popped everything into existence is way more "intellectually defensible" than an actual scientific theory that describes the process of speciation in detail.)

  • Who tells you it's true though? Just because a majority believes one thing doesn't make it true. You are a sheep a tool, you don't research both sides, you don't check the motives of the people the motives of the history. You take the role of the sheep, you follow, you take comfort in what gives you the illusion of respect and "intelligence" feeding on lies that higher ups want you to eat, so they can continue their plans while you let your brain rot and stay out of their hair.

  • I do not understand that rant? One can accept evolution a christianity (or any faith they want). They are not mutually exclusive ideas. Furthermore, I agree that Dave was very ignorant in making that statement that smart people would not be creationists. Just because one is smart and has many PhDs in various fields does not mean one is qualified to comment on biology.

  • My IQ is 165 and I'm a creationist.

  • Are you bragging or complaining? Please clarify.

  • My IQ is 6,000,000 and I'm *no*t a creationist. See how easy bullshit is?

    Amen

  • You'd think a person with an IQ of six million would know where to put his asterisks.

  • Yeah well, I'm still evolving, unlike the majority of bronze-age reprobates posting here.

  • How can one defend the existence of Jesus intellectually, or refute Evolution intellectually.

u know the bible claims that bats are birds

  • @4mAALIKcHIN4

"u know the bible claims that bats are birds"

Is that what the translation from the hebrew "op" really means????

  • @ozredneck22 i have no clue. but can you logically prove the existence of Jesus?

Have you actually learned what Evolution is?

And it is not monkeys turning into humans...

just a background on me: i used to be a believer of Jesus and the Holy Bible but i have never had the means to actually prove any of the important stuff.

  • @4mAALIKcHIN4

"Have you actually learned what Evolution is?"

Theodosius Dobzhansky (1900-1975) said, "Evolution comprises all the stages of the development of the universe: the cosmic, biological, and human or cultural developments. Attempts to restrict the concept of evolution to biology are gratuitous."

Do you agree with him, he was one of the greatest evolutionary biologists

    .

  • @4mAALIKcHIN4

Michael Ruse says "Evolution is promoted by its practitioners as more than mere science. Evolution is promulgated as an ideology, a secular religiona full-fledged alternative to Christianity, with meaning and morality. I am an ardent evolutionist....... Evolution is a religion. This was true of evolution in the beginning, and it is true of evolution still today.

...Evolution therefore came into being as a kind of secular ideology, an explicit substitute for Christianity."

  • And what, he speaks for everyone? Ruse has his detractors within his own discipline.

  • @4mAALIKcHIN4

"Have you actually learned what Evolution is?"

Richard Dawkins sums it up well......"Evolution has been observed. It's just that it hasn't been observed while it's happening."

  • @ozredneck22 ur making the point that it isn't observed while its happening but yet u haven't given me your understanding of it.

Would you say its true that evolution states humans evolved from monkeys?

  • @4mAALIKcHIN4

"Would you say its true that evolution states humans evolved from monkeys? "

No. That is what I would call a strawman because it's not what the theory states. The theory states that man evolved from a single celled creature supposedly 600,000,000 years ago.

However, time is not the hero of the plot. you need to account for the complex information increase from no information.

  • @ozredneck22 no information??

what about the dna in the single celled organisms??

the single celled organisms had way more info than all other life forms, including humans. plus their are mutations in dna which allows for new or "complex" information to arise.

  • "It's just that it hasn't been observed while it's happening."

Yes, it has in many instances. To claim otherwise is disingenuous at best and willfully ignorant at worst.

  • Nature: The waters of Lake Victoria, which borders Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania, are murky and red light penetrates deeper than blue light. In the shallow waters, the male fish tend to be blue, and in the deeper waters, the male fish are a brilliant red. These fish specialized to different microhabitats, Carleton explains, which in this case is different depths. (cont.)

  • part 2:

The visual system then specialized to the light environment at these depths and the mating colors shifted to match. Once this happened, these two groups no longer interbred and so became new species.

  • @DickBush007

From the same article in Nature oct 7 2008, "With human activity contributing run off and algal growth in Lake Victoria, the water has been getting more turbid," Carleton says. "With very turbid water, the species can't distinguish each other anymore and so interbreed, leading to a loss of biodiversity."

Did you catch that folks, they interbreed again.!!!

  • @4mAALIKcHIN4

where in the bible are these claims?

  • Bats are called birds within the Israelite law because it was written for a people using a completely different taxonomy. Animals were classified by form rather than internal biology. Bats were counted as birds because they are flying vertebrates. Even as late as the 17th century, whales were considered fish, 4m.

  • @Orenotter this to me says that since the bible contains primitive information it cannot be useful on all sides and from all angles.

  • Funny video but serious in showing how braindead evolutionists really are lol.

  • Considering the fact that this guys' entire argument is a straw man logical fallacy - which is easily refuted simply by saying, "No, that's not even what I said/think/believe/etc." - I'm pretty sure this "145 IQ" dude here can very easily be dismissed as foolish. Authentic, genuine genius-level IQ folks generally do not partake in logical fallacy (and if they did, would force themselves to change their views). Especially when it is so obvious and has known counter-"arguments" like the one above.

  • Also, you could be a truely intelligent creationist, but still a moron. Why do i say this? Because you use your intelligent to live a lie. Because you are born into a christian culture, a christian upbringing and that you cling unto it, even if you are a genius, you'll use this intelligence to continue living your lie, because you cling to that lie. Simple human psychological and socialogical behaviors.

Moral is, you can be intelligent and being wrong. And you are the proof my friend.

  • I,m personally a member of the PARS society, which accept people with iq's higher than 180. Having a very high Iq doesnt dictate what you will apply this brain power to. Bruce Willis is an atheist, but that doesnt make him a genius. Atheist tend to be smarter, but your environement and your upbriging, let's also add you mental stability, and phobias are also main componant to one's abilitiy to produce world views, beliefs ect. You can be truely smart and use it to proof a lie or live into one

  • Let me get this straight...

If i ask you real world questions, along with others about science, math, english, literature, and the like what would that be?

An IQ test...it means you are good at puting things togather, not like legos...think using a computer program that simulatesevolution to make...i dont know better engines. Just an observation.

  • @Winterstellar: as a matter of personal interest, could you possibly cite those studies for me?

@the Author: Now you are correct that many intellectuals in modern times are believers, but to say that atheists are intellectually bankrupt is pathetic. Depending on which groups you consider as "intellectuals", the numbers can range from roughly 20% to 100% of "intellectuals" are believers. My personal qualifications put the balance at roughly 50%.

  • Idiot doesnt even know your IQ doesn't increase over time.

  • @Masta3456

Thats like saying your brain doesn't grow. So your telling me your brain is the same size it was when you were a baby?

  • No, IQ tests are graded differently, and have different questions depending on your age. Ask any psychologist and he/she will tell you the same thing.

  • But, in fact, it's quite true that we cannot rely on our brains 100%, anyway. Look at any optical illusion. There's the way our brains store memories which can leave us with very inaccurate accounts. There's the fact that if we're told by authority figures that one straw is shorter than the other when we can see they're identical, we'll come to believe it. All these phenomena can be explained by evolution as can the development of the brain.

  • @bicokun

" All these phenomena can be explained by evolution as can the development of the brain. "

Does that mean you believe our brains came about by the process of interaction of lightning, water and rocks and no intelligent design was required?

  • No intelligent design, but it also has nothing to do with "the process of interaction of lightning, water and rocks." Evolution is change in the gene pool of a population from generation to generation by such processes as mutation, natural selection, and genetic drift. Of course, you may be talking about abiogenesis, in which case you'd also be mistaken because the current model requires no lightning or rocks, though water makes a good medium. You don't understand science enough to refute it.

  • One only need look at history (for instance, before evolutionary theory was developed) to see that statement is wrong. That brings us to an interesting note: people with high IQs can say or believe incorrect or even stupid things.

For instance, the argument for why the brain had to be "intelligently designed" is fallacious. You start with a false premise, for one, that evolution is random and chaotic. In fact, the evolution of the brain is well accounted for by natural laws...

  • Every single study or survey ever done have shown the same: It is proven that compared to believers, non-believers have a higher average IQ, a higher level of education, of general knowledge and so on and so on. It is an established fact, no matter how much you try to deny it.: )

  • There is no such thing as a militant atheist. Thats like saying a person is a raging pacifist.

  • Why the sub-titles? Just curious...

  • I'll say: "Oi God, where was my humbling experience, why didn't I get one"

It's all very convenient that only a personal thing no-one else can know (and which could just be a slight brain hiccup after all- a very powerful and convincing one but nothing more) is what you need....

Surely an all-loving/powerful God would save us all by giving us such un-deniable experiences that we would HAVE to believe in him? and he would, if he was all good and all loving, and... you know... there....

  • evolution is not NOT it is not I'll say it again NOT ok you not go it , it is ........ NOT ! random , now if this idiot on this video claims to have an IQ of 140 then he has no excuse for not knowing this .

evolution ,random mutations guided by natural selection ( natural selection is not random ) ,what do you not understand ?! ah

  • @sausage4mash

forgive my ignorance, but how exactly does natural selection guide random mutations?

  • it takes a little bit of learning ,this is the best guy on you tube to start with , watch?v=GpNeGuuuvTY , unlike me and wazooloo he is qualified to teach on the subject .

  • "The educated differ from the uneducated as much as the living from the dead." Aristole (384-322BC)

  • Educate a tribesman and they will stop believing in witch doctors. Educate a westerner and they will stop believing in the magic sky daddy.

Lots of creationist claims here but no evidence.

  • Studies have shown that on average atheists are more intelligent. Studies, facts, and truths. Concern yourselves with these instead of faiths. Sure there are smart Christians, but on average it is just fact that theists are less intelligent. Even commit more crime. Look up some studies...

  • @mj9collins he is not interested in the truth ,he is also dishonest ,as I'm sure he is aware of this .

  • "Christian Scientist", now that's an oxymoron! It's true that most Atheists have more education than most Believers, because usually when someone becomes educated they lose their belief in an invisible boogyman in the sky.

  • The religion of atheism is a peculiar one. It can be thought of as a parasitic religion. It is a parasite because it gets its purpose or animation by chiding other religions. The problem is, it isn't impossible to have a lot of "education". I've seen people that had more degrees than wall space but didn't have walking around sense. There is a difference between wisdom and knowledge. Atheists lack wisdom. "Invisible boogyman" is a strawman logical fallacy, by the way.

  • The religion of remaining skeptical of extraordinary claims which don't have extraordinary evidence? Do you consider it a religion to not believe in genies or voodoo?

  • lets compare the creationist scientist count vs the evolutionist scientist count.

  • "Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and

    conscientious stupidity"

    Martin Luther King? Jr

  • I think the point, which is factual, is that atheists are on average more intelligent than theists. This video, on the other hand, attacks a strawman. Of course some theists are intelligent, just not as intelligent (on average) as people who don't believe in a god or gods.

  • Where has a evolutionist ever said a frog turned into a prince? frogs evolved around 360 million years ago and possibly were some of the first amphibians there closest living relative is the lung fish DNA shows us that. And the prince well he came from adipithecus ramidus who lived about 4,4 million years ago we know this becuase of radioactive dating. Gosh science is great

  • Sorry to disrupt your worship at the altar of science but if you truly believe in the idiotic theory of evolutionism, then a frog has the ability to turn into a prince, and for all you know, did turn into a prince. Your "just-so" stories are entertaining, but that's the only value they have. Because they have no bearing on science whatsoever.
