Which Phone Should I Get: Nokia N85, Nokia N95 or Nokia N96..? The Question: Is it worth waiting for the Nokia N85 or Nokia N96..? Or should I just go into the Shop and Get the Nokia N95..? Can Someone Give Me the Release Dates of: The Nokia N85 & Nokia N96. Answers Are Welcome.
Personally I would go for the N85, it seems to have the best combination of features, it's much cheaper than the N96, and it's a lot newer than the N95.
The N96 is out now in Europe and should be elsewhere very soon. The N85 is due out later this year.
Could you explain which the differences between The Nokia N95 & Nokia N85...
Like From the Features And What The Improved..?
And will the Applications that you Can get For The Nokia N95 also work on the N85, since They are Very Similar..? Could You Give Tell me which Month the Nokia N85 will be Released..?
The N85 has a better screen, a newer version of the operating system, a better interface, more free RAM, better multimedia/gaming keys, the N85 supports USB charging.
The N85 and N95 both use the Symbian S60 3rd Edition platform, so they can run the same applications.
I want this phone. I have an N80 at the mo, I've been meaning to get an N95 for ages because they just do everything! I love the look of the N96 8GB. But now there is the N96 and this. This almost everything that the n96 can do but in a smaller sleeker package, with a lens cover! I'm also told the battery life is much better adn the screen, although smaller, is better quality.
The N96 does have some advantages, for example 16 gigabytes of built-in memory plus a memory card slot which means you could have 24 to 32 gigabytes in total.
However, the N85 does seem better value for money as it will apparently be much cheaper than the N96.
The N85's screen is better than the N96 as it uses OLED, which lets the screen display colours much more naturally like a printed photo.
The advert doesn't really show it properly, but the N85 is a double-slider phone like the N95 and N96.
Double-slider means there's a second set of controls that slides out of the top of the phone which can be used horizontally for gaming or for music and video playback.
Leored79, you might want to try posting your comment again without the swearing.

The N85 is out now, at least in Europe.

The N85 and N95 both use the Symbian S60 3rd Edition platform, so they can run the same applications.
The two devices are fairly similar though.
