Thanks everyone for the positive comments.

Mid-air transformation was done with strings and holding arms. They were then cloned off using Photoshop.

Video was made with Windows Movie Maker.... nothing fancy.

Jumping scenes:

1. I took a photo of the empty background

2. Setup some holding arms and strings to hold the robots

3. Take photos for the scene

4. Using Photoshop's Cloning... I remove the holding arms and strings (cloning the background over)
