In the official ENB website, Boris, the creator of the program, has shown a comparison between Skyrim and REAL LIFE tundra pictures, and in FACT the Skyrim pallete is very very pale and shallow. He did that due to the avalanche of criticism he has received recently over his mod being supposedly over-saturated.

@Computergeew That russian guy who created the ENB series received the same degree of bullying and satirism over the internet. Then he took an arrow on the... no no wait. Then he posted some pictures of real tundra against the saturation correction provided by FXAA mods based on ENB, so the results were pretty better than the default pastel colours. This is not all mods that u can install so better type...a few mods...and change post process to preset 1 and add SKYRIM Enhanced Shders v.1.9c with Michael Bay palette....looks more realistic than that

@zeztro I'm getting the ASUS Republic of Gaming G74SX laptop, which apparently, can play anything. Issues such as crappy sound system and terrible touchpad are easily remedied with mouse and headphones. Thing is, I can't afford the 3d laptop and the numpad is just a copy of the numkeys at the top, which sucks for games that use numpad hotkeys.

i really liked the forest and water, i have no idea what the towns or characters look like when youre talking to them creating your character or just walking by them but in terms of the forest i think you get to have a really cool experience with how youve modded your game, i just play xbox and mess with the brightness to suit my tastes but your forests look cool

All these 'mods' do is up the contrast to a ridiculous level. Instead of making new photo-realistic textures and replacing the old files, they just try and polish turds. Just leave Skyrims' graphics as they are (pretty damn good tbf) unless you modders are going to do a proper job.

@Sinsta13 Actually, when configured correctly, these effects can really improve the look of the game. The settings in this video are a bit over saturated for most people, but it can be toned down. Mods like this also help improve the atmosphere of dungeons and night scenes.

Good job. Hope that you can make a new video soon, because this one is old. The newest betadriver from nvidia has added support for ambient occlusion. They've also made a pro tweak guide, geforce.com. You can make the shadows even better.

Am i the only one who thinks so far most of the mods mess up the look of the game?

I'm not trying to knock the modders hard work, but the problem is all the mods dont mesh well together.

I'll play the game finish on my 2 walkthroughs first before trying the mods.

Hopefully a collection piece will be released by then.

Yes, but only with the INI changes to the water textures. This evening I`ll implement even more mods. Missing mods in my skyrim game are the landscape texture mod, which re-textures most of the wasteland textures to 1024 or 2048, the bark mod for the trees and the fotorealistic branches mod from skyrim nexus. I'm curious about it how these mods will enhance the graphics even more...! I´ll post another movie later on :-).
