some people make macros. you just bind a text file to a key and in the text file is the powers you wanna cast with the costume change. some people like to also use that for logging out. like they will cast powers and yell something and log out lol

google ncsoft or city of heroes then click on account and follow the directions. the game comes with a 14 day free trial but it's very limited in what you can do. there is a help channel you can ask questions in once you get into the game. the game is VERY customizable in a lot of ways. goodluck and have fun!

I get this question a lot. In the game you get four or five "Costume slots". You may create up to 5 costumes and switch between them. I made one costume for each character that looks like a civilian. I then switched the costumes as one of their powers was activating to make a neat effect. The first character, the one who is reading and then runs up to the roof... he was using the teleport power. Only thing is he teleported only 6 inches from where he was and I changed his costume mid teleport.

Its not really a game feature its just something I do. You see at lvl 20 you get to create a 2nd costume. I like to make my 2nd costume a civilian secret identity. When they "change" in my video all I'm doing is timing the change with one of their powers so it looks cool.

I've been playing the game off and on since July 2004, it is great. It really depends on what your personal playstyle is, though. Defenders buff, debuff, and heal. Tankers take a lot of damage and hold aggro. Blasters deal lots of damage at range. Scrappers jump in and beat you up. Controllers can literally stop enemies in their tracks. All are great.

It actually took forever. I recorded a few in game demos. Then I used a free program called COH Demo Launcher to convert the demos into a series of JPEG images. I then pasted the JPEGs into my video editor and sped the frame rate up a bit. That's what makes it smooth. Then just edit and add music. Very time consuming which is why I have't done anything else yet. I'll post something new soon. Keep your eyes open. Thanks for looking.

I definitly like the 'Noble' themes, but you could even do a comedy theme that would be cool too. Lord knows, there are plenty of funny things that happen in the game.  :P I guess pick out some songs.... or some Three Stooges routines.... Marks Brothers? Vaudeville? :)
