What a REAL american canidate would do (what obama wants to do) would be the leading forefront on new fuel technologies that will put america back on top of the world in scientific growth. Notice how other countries (india, china, korea.....) are rapidly catching up with us? Thats not cuz we havent been drilling...

The US consumes 20 million barrels of oil per day. There are only 22 million proven reserves in the entire country. That equates to enough oil to last 22 months.. So why are we drilling?? (oh, its so a few people can sell 20 billion barrels at $140 per barrel.. now it makes sense)
