@ApoMxStRiKKe To my knowledge, this car is no longer available on the consoles and it has never been available on the PC (until now).

@BungholeMcGee I don't blame you for asking. Back when this was done I didn't know enough to properly convert or create tangents and bi-tangents for the 3D model, making the shadows behave oddly. Once I get around to updating the mod I will record another, improved, video.

That car was put into the game by criterion staff, back when it was still in devolepment. It was used to test out environmental reflections. I posted a picture of it back when CG had their burnout paradise forums open and they asked me how to get it, I never replied but someone else did. The staff immediately fixed it with the cagney update for ps3 and xbox360. So no, its not for ps3 or xbox anymore

@abexuro LOL. It's because the tangents and bitangents weren't calculated, and possibly the wrong shader was picked. The latest model, while still not perfect, looks better.
