The only people who find this anime "ugly" are dumb kids who didn't grow up in the 1990's. This is REAL anime! 100% hand drawn, unlike today's crappy anime which reuses the same plots from older anime and just puts a fresh coat of computer assissted paint on it.
@shiningcomet agree... maybe because they're used to see much anime which are better than this. Just info for all of U guys, this OVA was established by KONAMI (yes, a game developer, not anime studio) around 1997-1999. I think it's better than the first OVA or even FMV of the game :D
@icecutieblue17 They are not ugly!!! They are more beautiful than most of todays anime characters! These characters are 100% hand drawn! Today's anime uses computers for some of the work!
@eliiinore WRONG! The 1990's were the golden age of anime. All the stuff you see here is 100% hand drawn, most anime today has commputers doing some of the work

But I must be a ashole and say that it isn't WRONG for me to think they're ugly (If I would think so still). It's still my opinion, it doesn't make it wrong.
