The introduction includes comments by previous dancers who have played Esméralda, notably Tat'yana Vecheslova, whose reminiscences helped in the choreographic reconstruction.
Thank you very much for the correction ! Can you tell me what it is the difference between both, please ? I will correct this as soon as possible. Thanks again !
@Hauntya The Musorgskii State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre of St Petersburg (formerly the Malyi or Mikhailovskii Theatre) is based in St Petersburg. The Bol'shoi is a Moscow company. The introductory interview is with the artistic director Nikolai Boyarchikov.
This is an interesting production historically: the sleeve notes say that they've tried to retain some of the Perrot and Petipa choreography.
@Hauntya You'll have to record some ballets, if so I will be very pleased .. Esmeralda I look all ... beauty ... just bothered me that this would cut out the variations and various other dance dance, but I thank you with all you very srdce.Thank very much ... Good luck!

@Hauntya well it's two different ballet schools in Russia. Bolshoy theatre is in Moscow. Mikhaylovsky Theatre is in St. Petersburg.
