  • do you by any chance still have these speakers?

now its been over 2 years but i just got one and I dont have the AC power cord and need to get one, it sys 12 volt on the back but there are many 12 volts with different amperage...

do you still have the AC pkug? and if you do how many amps does it feed?

  • @Keepowcat Yes, Infact they broke lmao.

I'm on Vacation right now, I'll check it for you in about 1-2 weeks time.

  • @tamachanusko thanks!

please let me know, been waiting to use these for forever!

  • @Keepowcat Sorry man, been busy but anyway,

    Mine's Ktec, Input : 100-240Volt ~ 50/60Hz 0.6A

    Output : +12V ----2.0A

Come to think of it, maybe my boomtube speakers didn't break but the AC plug did.. Hmm I wonder.

  • just buy a classic JVC BOOMBLASTER and that will do it

  • Way to big to carry not portable enough

  • Were do you get them from?

  • the only problem with these speakers..... NOBODY CARRIES THEM ANYMORE!!! these are seriously still the best portable speakers Ive heard to date. Yes the wires are annoying, but the sound quality more than makes up for it.

  • I am in need of a new carrying case. Anyone know where I can find one?

  • hi, I have one of these, but after 4 years, battery life down to 1.5 hours... Can anyone direct me where I can learn how to replace batteries, or create an external batter pack that I can then plug into AC outlet.. Based on the charger, I know I have to supply 6 volt at 1.5 amps, but how much wattage? Looking for 5 hour play time :)

  • I have the Boomtube EX and it kicks. I've never seen your model before, but the EX is 60 watts! The battery and also the woofers are replaceable. All you need is the right tools. Take the woofers off and you'll have access to the amp and battery.

  • BoaConstrictor2,

Lol what? It's not illegal to do a review, This is not for Commercial use, It's just for knowledge purposes...

  • and too expensive for a speaker system

  • arunsilva97,

Agree with you man but sadly, This is the Loudest portable speaker :( It cost alot and the wiring sucks but by far the loudest :).

  • cool design but better with less wires

  • i really want a pair but im from the uk.

  • these actually cost $120 on ebay ( i just checked) i have an older smaller version

they play good too. better than my friends $80 apple shit,,,and i paid $20

  • how much does this thing cost?

  • xD man u are "cheap" its BAD publicity!! u are only do a spot for that thing XD XD whats thatß = its low do u dont get enough money with ur jumpskillz? XD stop this fuck!

  • Battery is not replacable for people , who dont understand how theyre speaker is made. For those like me and Xlay16 theyre easily replaced. Plus im working with a new portable speaker at the moment. Its Creative INSPIRE P380 and sounds really good

  • my home made system can beat yours :P and i spend only 0 $ buidling it... :)... i need a smaller wood box and some paint.. and it will look cool

  • Xlay16,

Hi, Sorry but Home made Systems can never Win Branded Items..

  • whatever... i dont like this kinda of systems.. they dont worth ther money.. especialy the apple ones.... crazy prices.. up to 500 $.. can you tell me the name u used to test this ones?

  • Xlay16,

Hi, Up to you.. For High Quality you pay High Price.

I Don't Understand the part about the name.. If you mean the Product name then its called : Boomtube H201. ( Video Description ).

    and how much?

  • Hi,

I Got it from my Local IShop Store for about 300$ SGD, Try your Local Ishop :)

  • hardstyle :D

  • omg, i have to buy this.

    thanks for the review!

    it helped a lot :)

although i would like to have something more portable.

if i couldnt find any, this would be my choice.

although it would have been better if it was wireless. i dont wanna be having too much cords around since i already have a lot.

  • No problem :)

    Hehe okay :P

  • Really nice. I recently got the X-Minimax and sound amazing for their size, although a system with a bass speaker must sound even better. Do you know the home page of Think Outside? Seems to be no where to be found. Thanks for the vid!

  • Thanks bro :)~ , well it seems that ThinkOutside moved to a new page but that page has nothing to do with ThinkOutside products :( i tried to register my product online for warranty but the site was gone and the shop owners said i could just bring it back and they repair it for me. xD

Good choice on the X-Minimax :) but if you want bigger sound system, get the boomtube :D

  • where did yu get it from is it available in Aus? and how much?

  • Hi, I got it from my Country : Singapore I Shop 21.

Yes i believe its available in Australia too!

I bought it at 295 Singapore Dollars.

In other Countries its cheaper... around 200+

  • well i got it from an importer who brings in 100 sets. i dunno if they can get in australia and if so how much is it. as for mine it ranges from 150 onwards. limited dead stocks left.
