Ok im not a christian, but i dont think religion is really wrong exactly, just the way others dont except people different from them, so many wars among countries, among friends, among families. millions have died because of it, and millions of people are bullied and out cast, because of beliefs, the way people dress, their sexuality, their weight, the way they look. why? without hope we wouldnt make it through each day, why do we hurt others because they dont find the same reasons to hope? x

Those numerous historians you talk about? Yeah, they were all Greek or Roman....Jesus was a Jew. Why would they choose to immortalize a Jew in any of their writings as historians, if they hated Jews? They wouldn't, hence they didn't, hence he never appeared in their texts.
The world today has based so much off of Greco-Roman writers. It isn't hard to believe Jesus doesn't show up alot.
Having said that, he was....VERY real. :) Saved my life too!
Just be sure to ask God what he wants from you, because HE truly knows what's best for you. Otherwise you could be thinking that you know how to please him, and years down the road you could find out that you actually weren't.

I'm not a mean person, but think about what you've said. To say that God isn't perfect would negate the idea of God. The fact is God is the only thing that is perfect. In fact perfect is a strange concept...it's kind of based on opinion. But we just live in an unperfect world, and that's why you would question if God is perfect. These are very much like my favorite Hymns. I just don't get tired of them! Very Talented band! I'm delighted they are using their talents to put their faith to music! I've listen to music of this quality just for the music itself, but these songs are about so much more!
Fireflight Rocks! That is awesome they made a song that has the joy of scripture study in there, and abiding in Gods word.
