Dogs are a lot smarter than people think. Simply because they don't technically 'speak' (even though they still communicate verbally), we label them as stupid, which is ironic, because it's only stupid of us to do so - They have the same mental capacity as a 3 year old child does, which is very smart, in relative terms to most species on Earth, bar a few other Mammals.

First of all this dog reminds me of my German Shepard..which are the smartest, coolest dogs ever..first he looks back to make sure the cop is following him..then he is running down the RIGHT side of the road..which I can't even get humans to do in my neighborhood...then he cuts across the road at :48 far enough ahead not to get ran over!...NOT TO MENTION...he leads the cop all the way to the burning house.....WOW!
Wow Buddy owner tells him to go get help and he does and finds a police officer is even more amazing.The police officer said on the news had he not followed buddy he wasnt going to turn left which would have made him behind 10 minutes.For Buddy not to have any training is what is the most amazing about the whole story
