i just threw all my products with mineral oil in it and now that i found out about the "cone" it makes me angry. so much that people dont know its crazy
I am newly natural, thank you sooooo much for giving me the break down of the term 'cones. Many on YT think we all know these definitions of words like co wash, 'cones, ACV (apple cider vinegar). I knew going natural was going to different but I had no idea I had to learn an entirely new language. Really...Thanks for the break down as well as a list of products. Finally REAL INFO! :)
You have to be careful about stayiing what is good and bad some people who are natural ca have reactions to natural products such a tea tree oil, or almond oil...Being natural is about finding products that work your ow individual hair....
Great Video, If you need any help getting your video/channel exposed check out this site called Tubeviews . Net it has helped 5 of my videos get ranked on the first page. Hope this helps you
Thank u for putting this vid together... what great info about silicones. I too like Trader Joe's Nourish Spa conditioner, and I always use this conditioner mixed with oils b4 putting on a silicone conditioner when I do my conditioner only wash & go, so that I get moisture in my hair b4 I block it out with the cones. I made vid this a fav!
GREAT video ;)

I really hate all this silicone stuff! Makes me sad :( What is a good shampoo to use? Are there any?

An AWESOME shampoo without sulfates and silicones?
Design Essentials Moisture Retention Conditioning Shampoo is the TRUTH. It is the only shampoo I use, besides ACV rinses.
Hope this helps!
