  • Thumbs up for loving the bee! :-)

  • Bouncing is cool, especially watching Dan the Man doing it! ; )

  • Dan the Man is easy on the eyes, hee hee!!

  • I love trampolining now!

  • Dan the man going bonkers :D

  • A question....... by doing the rebounding my friend, would this make you possibly a faster sprinter? Have maybe a higher vertical leap as well?

    Thanks!

  • My mom is 86 and has been using the tramp for YEARS...she still works 2 days a week, does all her own gardening...and even broke her hip probably 8 years ago.

She does not lift her feet from the tramp other than a slight bounce but it helps with her venous return, attitude and strength! Great video...I bounce too! :)

  • thumbs up if your favorite part of the video is the bee!

  • enough with the info! get to the jumping! i'm trying to exercise!

  • This video hit 01:00 and I turned It off..

  • Very nice and inspiring ... I just wonder why the camera shows high forest and sky instead of feet and rebounder - would be MUCH more useful ...

  • I find rebounding to be very invigorating and energizing, guess it's good to know that it's officially good for you!

  • Thanks Dan! I actually bought mine a couple years ago and didn't even bother to use it until last night! Not only do I need to get back into shape, but I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I don't know if this will help, but hopefully this could help my lymph nodes and keep the cancer from spreading! Love to you and your family!

  • @hollymom23 check out Gerson Miracle, I don't know if it works but it's something I'm looking into. God bless you.

  • does anyone own the Bodybreak 38' one? is it any good?

  • wow! you really know about your lymphatic system. I feel like i just had a mini review from last semester :D

  • You should be on the Jamaican Spice advert ha.

  • I am never underestimating the mini tramp again.

  • great video, really informative but entertaining too, you seem really likable :) keep it up!xx

  • do you even breath?

  • Hi Dan,

What size of rebounder is best for starting out on.

    Peace

  • I just bought a mini trampoline for my lymphatic and this video is helpful.

    THANK YOU

  • Thank you very much Dan. Your teaching is super professional. I looked you up because I have a rebounder coming by delivery in a couple of days. I bought a good one too. Your video takes a lot of mystery out of the choreography. Now I know I don't have to get too fancy to make this thing work. :-)

  • Did you put honey on the camera? lol

  • I use this video to workout everydday... I love it.

  • SPARK PLUG NUCLEAR REACTION. I'm getting some of that!!!

  • I LOVE THE LIFE REGENERATOR!!!

  • Dan, I want to make you a very rich and famous man!!! I have found by just bouncing on the rebounder for 5 min, one can reduce their blood sugar by 30 pts! I ate 90% raw green leafy vegeatable diet for 8mos, then soon after i started eating raw nopale cactus (tastes like greeen tomatoes) i was cured.

Dan, test blood sugars of overweight people before and after rebounding 5 minutes. Then have all add nopale cactus as salsa. Do this, please!!!

  • Love the bee! Everyone wants to be a star! :o) Thanks for the vid. I have been considering a rebounder for sometime now, but now I am going to go out and purchase one.

  • @kindredsmiles Get the needak, you won't be sorry. They do sell refurbished ones for half the price, and

are wonderful. Also, always keep this vid nearby!! Start out slow or your body will ache like crazy. Build yourself up first. 5 minutes light bouncing first time, or I promise you will be surprised. It is a workout!!

  • mr bee D:

  • you talk to much

  • I LOVE this video. I'm getting my trampoline soon, and I'll be bouncing along with you. Thx for all the great info.

  • 4:00 GET TONED UP!!! :D

  • I want to express what encouragement I have been given! If you might be in San Diego I can bring you lots of AZ organic grapefruit ??

  • cool

  • was fun bouncin with ya. hah

  • I heard that low intensity cardio like this was bad? cuz it puts a lot of stess on the body, especially for someone who's not fit to begin with. And that weight lifting or HIIT(high intensity interval training) is better? Just what i heard. I donno who's right.

  • @TheKitteyKat for someone whos not very fit to begin with low intensity cardio its a GREAT start and from there you move on to high intensity cardio as you get stronger and stress in the muscles is a good thing thats how you lose fat.

  • Hey man, loving the bee :)

This is just what I need, i'm waaay out of shape, achey back and neck, trouble sleeping, totally and utterly sluggish.

    Thanks for the inspiration :)

  • Hey - i didnt know you did this too!! i was looking for exercises to do using my trampoline cos havent used it for 3 years! and this week doing part coconut fast! so i need to start doing some form of exercising - so it was great to see you!

  • Do you wear shoes while jumping? Also, can you recommend other brands besidews Needak. Some that are a little more economical. Thanks!

  • Love ya Dan! Keep on ... bouncing!!!

  • Hi there, nice vid... I have a question: I just started with the mini-trampoline and I enjoy doing it. I am in good shape and not too overweight - maybe 10-15 pounds. The thing I have noticed now is that when I am off the trampoline my knees are making popping sounds quite often. There is no pain, but I would like to eliminate this side effect if possible. Any Ideas? Thank you from Raleigh,NC

  • i really like your inspiring videos- you do a good job.

    thanks!

    Marcel from Germany

  • Rofl the bee. You're very informed upon exercise and its affect on the body. I really appreciate you sharing this knowledge with us. I asked for a mini-trampoline for Christmas so I hope Santa complies. :P

  • Fairplay man

  • do you need to have a rebounder brand or any brand of trampoline?

  • Awesome Dan... next time can you show your feet... I know you want us to see your cute face... but I wanna see your cute feet too. ;)

  • LOL! The ghetto rebounder! It didn't offend me it made me laugh! haha Cause I do everything home made. I'm not gonna go buy a rebounder. I'm gonna go drag an old abandoned matress from the field down the street to my house and use that! hahaha I also use home made weights out of mop handles and garbage bags. You know I should make a video on this to and show people you don't need money to be healthy. No more excuses! :)

  • your a trip looks fun man keep on keeping on.

  • MR BEE :D

  • Dan, just a quick correction here: the lymphatic system doesn't dump into the aortic... the thoracic duct connects to the vena cava.

  • @neco461 Thanks for the correction, it can be challenging to keep focused on what I am doing and pay attention to proper terminology at the same time! What are you a medical student or something? lol :D

    *Peace*

  • @liferegenerator No, I'm a chiropractic student! Once you learn the meaning of true chiropracTIC you can never go back! Medicine is all about stimulating or inhibiting a body function from outside-in. Chiropractic unlike medicine (and all other health care methods) is concerned with removing the interference between brain to body communication so the Innate potential within us can be fully expressed!

  • @liferegenerator

Thank You Very Much.....lol I am re-sharing it in our place

  • @thatcoolkid69 uneducated jerk!

  • @neco461 dan doesnt know what the fuck he's talking about

  • You are like the Anthony Bourdain of raw food

  • so sweet to see you have a trampoline video...I actually just purchased one and am so glad to get back in to it by watching your Video to illuminate toxins by bouncing to your instructions...YEAH!!!! thanks Dan...Your the Man!!

  • Ahh, if you want to say "ghetto blending", say it. If somebody wants to take it personally, let them.

  • the bee said "whatup"....I heard it as it passed.

Best vids on youtube, no lie.

  • Thank you Dan! Me and my hubby (both coach potatoes attempting to be raw and fit!) bought a rebounder from the Juice-Master Jason Vale. We like it but are not to sure how to use it - so your little workout really helped us - as ALL your videos do.

I soak up all your incredible inspiration and "food for thought" to keep me going. Thank you so much

  • Thanks Dan your a real MANS, MAN. (no homo)

  • THANK YOU DAN for yr video,I always enjoy them. And I appreciate all the time you put into yr video's.

  • @koenjj

    Sex

  • i love it, dan! u influenced me to get a rebounder back in march and i do it everyday for 10 minutes... when i cant get to the gym to do cardio! its prolly doing more benefit in everyway just to rebound! :) :) i got mine at walmart for 30 bucks and its a golds gym rebounder! :) :)

  • ... And, yeah... i almost forgot... the bee was EPIC. HA HA HA HAAAAA xD ... ne1 familiar with bee animal totem symbology?!?! :D

  • LOVE YOU, Dan... lol... Thank you for the ideas and honesty. Lol, love the ghetto prospectives. I am gonna buy a rebounder this week. lol. I got a bit down and let the exercise aspect of my "routines" (living) fall off, and have definitely encountered issues with tension and feeling "acidic." gonna go take a long walk right now. Thanks for the encouragement as always, and for all that you always share. ;) ... You help me give myself permission to take care of myself! :D LOVE U...

  • I just got a used rebounder from a friend. Can you bounce in bare feet? Or do you need to wear sneakers? I'm a yoga instructor and I do everything barefoot!

  • @0927holly good question, because i hate sneakers lol

  • looks like your feet leave the tramp too much??

  • @koenjj you can actually sit on the rebounder and get a bounce going, or have someone else stand behind you and bounce. you can also just put your feet up on the rebounder and have someone bounce them. lots of ways to get a little lymph movement.

if you are able to stand, there are bars that can be bought and attached to the rebounder to enable you to hold on & you can do what is called the "health bounce"; feet remain put.

i love my rebounder. my cat lies on it when i am not using it.

  • *** The *bee* was epic !!

  • this is what my dad does everyday. EXACTLY lol

  • doesnt matter how long the vids are to me dan.. i'll keep on watchin.. i've learned lots :)

  • @koenjj lymph massage

  • I Love the bee..:)

Great Video Dan, I have been rebounding for years, thanks for all your great video's and thanks for sharing

  • ps. boom boooom BOUNCE!! lov th mantra ;p

  • hahahahaha Dan I friggen DIGGIT so much that I am drawing plans to build a trampoline (ozzie version of rebounder) in my front yard...it was my fav toy as a kid and damn I miss b b bouncing! Ima dig a deep hole in the lawn and lay a green tramp mat over the top so you won notive it til you start bouncing whoop whoop yiew!! cant wait to GET MY BOUNCE ON :D

  • As inpirational as you are, This one is pure fodder for DES britton.

  • ''I love this one! I could just sit here and do this all day'' ... what? xD

  • @koenjj Deep breathing :) Get a good book on yoga (pranayama) or Qi Gung

  • I need to find myself a cheap, but reliable rebounder, preferably under 60 dollars. Anybody have recommendations to help me out?

  • @taboosun Unclassified adds. Got one at 14$

  • @HeartOfAllThings

Thanks Julien. So how is the rebounding?

  • @taboosun FUN :D And it's really funny walking for like two minutes after you get off of it haha

  • @taboosun lol didn't even realize it was you!

  • I can attest to it being easy on the knees. I have arthritis and I am fine on a rebounder. I wear running shoes with orthotics as opposed to bare feet. The mat's give acts as a cushion for the knees. :)

  • LUV THE BEE!

  • @koenjj I'm a lymphatic & re-bound therapist. Have someone assist you sit on the tramp mat. You can have your legs over the edge like sitting in a chair, or on the center of the mat with your legs tucked up to your chest or crossed indian style.Have someone stand behind you, and they do the bouncing. This action WILL move your lymphatic system, increase electrical impulses, and give you more oxygen uptake. Arms: whatever is comfortable, if up, more result.Start with 5 minutes and work up.

  • BEE!!!

  • great idea. but i am a tiny guy, i just cant gain weight. that is way i am not already on a fruits and vegetables diet. how can i gain weight on this kind of diet ??

  • @sotorarroz lots of nuts and avocados will do it lol

  • @cecesugar how many nuts and avocados per day ??

  • @sotorarroz take ur weight and multiply it by 18 or 19. To gain weight u should be eating at least that many calories a day (if u r very active u would have to + some more calories for what u burn).Find a calorie counter and eat till you reach that #.Nuts (particularly almonds, brazil nuts, cashews&hazelnuts) and avocados have a lot of calories also prunes, bananas, raisins, apple juice, pineapple juice, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds .U can make fruit smoothies 2,easy way 2 get in a lot of calories.

  • How can you proof that if you bounce like that you will really become a life regenerator is it really possible?

I think its false advertising. I dont think you can really become the life regenarator if you bounce like that.

    Captain Raw

I get also offended when you dont mention ghetto enough.

I think everything should be referred to as ghetto otherwise I get personally offended haha:) have a good one

  • or you could just bounce on your bed.

  • @koenjj bounce on an exercise ball. theyre fun and just as good too. =]

    hope i helped.

  • @koenjj If you are able to sit on a rebounder and bounce some, it would still be very beneficial to you.

  • Great winter indoor exercise.

And that bee just needed to get some video action too :-D so funny. This is a great, great idea.

  • OMG giant bee's!!! :

  • One of the most amazing exercises because it works every muscle/ cell in the body. My stomach tightens up as if I've done tons of crunches and I even have muscle gains from using it. Thanks for inpiring me to get back on, Dan. I would, however, encourage people to not make the mistake I made and buy a thirty dollar rebounder at a big box store. That one killed my ankles and back. I invested two hundred for a good one. It's simple. Anyone can do it. But plz do invest in a quality

  • For anyone in a wheelchair or not really mobile...just sit on it and have someone else jump up & down..will work your lymph system plus help who is helping you out too!

  • ha ha i agree with phatg16 , the bee is super bee in this vid

  • thanks dan the man .... the streams that entered my conciousness were somewhat depressing today , but your video gave me a bit of hope and so did the food ive eaten this evening and a few words .........cant change the streams ...........but maybe they will become more beneficial to me over time ...... anywayz .........life goes on ....... looking forward to some ups after the downs now .....thats the way it usually goes .... hopefully the same this time round ....

  • the bee makes this video. lol

  • @faheeta EVERYONE needs to move the lymph throughout their lymphatic system. There is no "heart" to circulate it through; it is literally dependent on MOVEMENT in order for it to function. Just bounce 10 minutes a day. That isn't too much cardio, but it will do wonders for your lymph, your immune system, your health... :D

  • @faheeta

Dan it is too much... I do have rebounder made in USA and it is excellent but to perform like you? it is too difficult ...wow! You are the MASTER!

    cheers!

  • @faheeta what does being vegetarian or even vegan have to do with it? You can get more than enough protein from veg and if you are worried about the effect of carbs from whole fruit and veg on growth homone production it is only a problem if you are actually insulin resistant. Also, this is not too much cardio...

  • @imnotabear I see

  • Respond to this video...

  • rebounder is a good safe way to build bone density too

  • @faheeta

yeah lance armstrong doesn't have muscular legs or anything. wtf are you reading muscle and fitness magazine?

  • thanx for sharing that!!!!

  • KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :-)

  • Dan and Krista always inspire me!

Been watching their videos for few months now, and I'm starting to get more into the raw food thing

Everyday I have juices for breakfast, and I run 1h, 3 times/week on the treadmill, and I'm thinking of changing this 1h run for 1h of jumping, what you guys think?

    Peace

  • @ImCheat If you are trying to train cardiovascularly, i would not recommend the switch. If you are just trying to lose weight and feel better. I would absolutely incorporate rebounding and light to moderate weight lifting with some yoga stretching. Together they make an incredible combo.

  • @cc0ldt

Thanks for answering! I Think Imma do both, keep the running and rebound on the "not running" days :)

    Cheers

  • @ImCheat i say go for it. =]

  • just started rebounding everyday 3 days ago so this video is perfect timing for me. Thanks

  • I got a rebounder at a garage sale for 5 BUKS !!! wooot woooot!

  • @vaw1979 You beat me... got one at 14 :)

  • this is awesome! i just got into using my mums rebounder so much fun to do!

was wondering a question : what exercise between using the rebounder and skipping is better for building strength and muscles? thanks :)

  • the back ground is really nice lol almost looks fake ahah

  • rolf at the bee ahah

  • I loved the video Dan...It was great..I need to buy one..the bee part was cute..lolz.. <3...

  • Darlin!

  • Great vid!

I was wondering, what other kinds of exercise do you recommend?

I've lost about 25 kg, so my body kind of needs a tightning. I either run or bike every day.. and I am getting a rebounder. Will that do it ? :-)

  • Where can I get a bee?

  • your the best

  • I would love for you to touch on the benefits of Salba I started using that! Love you!

  • I just got a rebounder a few weeks after I saw a previous video of yours on rebounding. I've loved it. In the spring and summer I would jog in the morning before work. Now, it's too dark to jog so I've been working out on the rebounder. I loved it! You're a great person - thanks for all you do for us! :)

  • Dan, there is a miniature UFO behind you.

  • Thanks! I was gonna buy a treadmill today but it seems like this is much better for your body and much more fun. I won't hit my head on the ceiling though will I??? lol

  • washing my house is good exersice to.

  • "Mr. Bee excuse me please." lol. so cute.

  • Great video! Favourited :)

  • That was nice, nice and mellow. Put me in a good mood, thank you Dan.

I try the rebounding every now and then , It kind of hurts though in a stinging, vinegar kind of way. I guess i must have backed up lymph.

  • thanks alot !!!!!!

  • I love all of your videos!!thanks for sharing!!!

  • This is such an excellent video, such informative information, thankyou!

  • thanks for posting so many videos so consistantly bro really helping me

  • I thought the bee was sombody sticking a crystal in front the lens when Dan was talking about crystals.

Say Dan wouldn't a large trampoline work the same?

  • Great Dan thanks : )

  • I got a rebounder because of Dan. My first time using it I lasted only 7 minutes. Its not as easy as it looks.

  • Awwww...neat, Dan.

  • Looks like he's got a pet bee. LOL

  • Aroha nui Dan, thanks so much for this:)

  • The Bee is a sign.

  • Rebound every day, it's a great way to wake up :)

  • what about skipping could this give similar benefits? Just a bit easier to have a skipping rope while on the road.

  • Bee appears or dreaming of a bee means good fortune in native Indian tradition.......

  • much love Dan/

  • One last thing--I use the rebounder in another way that is probably not usually thought of--I simply walk around it-in a circle--when I'm indoors -I use it as a reference--since I have no treadmill to walk on--I'll put music on and go for a thirty minute walk around the rebounder--and focus on breathing and posture--coordination--I'll hold some light weights and do arm exercises-

    thanks for the tips!

  • No ghetto blend??? I live in the ghetto and i own a Ghetto Blender and a Ghetto Juicer. Dan keep it real don't listen to the over sensitive people who just want to complain about everything. It sucked when you stopped swearing but i can understand that but no ghetto blend that's just crazy... Your not putting anyone down by saying that its just fun... Just be yourself bro

  • A raw vegetable diet reversed my pre-diabetic condition and i lost fifty pounds.

  • Just requested one on freecycle!! Yes Dan it is good for the knees!!! Can't wait to start boubcing while I watch Youtube vids!!

  • lol the bug on the camera!!

  • Many times after I get doing my daily music practicing routine,I may feel self critical with my performance, self conscious, stiff or worried about others opinion.I'll hop on the tramp & shake my limbs out & it dissolves that anxiety or apprehension that i get when i practice-especially singing cuz that is the one musical outlet where one can feel very emotionally "naked".I'll get those feelings & when I jump on the rebounder I feel that dissolve. It pounds that energy right out of me--
