Sorry to ruin it but he put a piece of white paper taped to the botum of the cup so it looked like the coin disapeared, and to make the cup disapear while you were looking at the coin he droped the cup onto his lap, but the napkin still kept the shape of the cup.

I think beacuse the table has a slight gradient and at the end if u look carefuly when hes grabing the glass he tips the coin gently so it will run all the way down.cheers:)

As a learning magician I already know how to do the disappearing glass, however this trick did fool me the first time because my eyes were on the coin. I never saw the drop until I played the video again. This is a very good performance.
