  • one of the coolest things ive seen in a while

  • biomecanicle miracle !!!

  • jack will rock all kids in his school

  • Wow Jack... the moves between 2.30 - 2.32 very nice!

  • You can also mention to him that after the initial push/pull he often has a great opportunity to wrap his arm around the opponents neck, pulling him backwards and such. Of course with "great power comes great responsibility", so I hope that Jack will not get into any fight, doing any of these potential risky neck moves. Have a nice day!

  • Oh, I really like this clip. I think its a great way for Jack to get the idea of Systema. He is very good and has a great insight/instinct most of the time where to pull/push. I especially like the move he pulled off between 53 - 62 seconds. That one in particular is a keeper! Great job guys!

  • nice video again, inspirational, looking forward for next lesson.

  • nice clip.

what a lovely drill, in its own simplicity. i think i will copy it myself :-) it shows very well which body-mechanics are involved, and sometimes i cant find out what to do next, when i have my opponent bent down to some degree. By doing this i think one will improve the understanding of where to push and pull...
