I came across this woman on a free CD. The CD was hilarious so thought i'd look her up. She has some good stuff but not my favourite comedien, still some people bein a bit harsh!
My wife and I have been Diane Ford fans for many years. In fact we just saw her show at the Riviera in Las Vegas and she was hilarious. I have no idea what show these other people saw but the majority of her act was new material. We especially liked the bit about living in Florida. As far as being mean & unpleasant to other comics it sounds to me like sour grapes from some hack opening or middle act that doesn't like women headliners.
Just saw her last night on the Carnival Ecstacy, very funny and yes she's still using a LOT of this material. I would agree that this video is 8 to 10 years old.
I think she's so great. I've seen her on Jongleurs Unleashed and she made me laugh so much drink I was choking on my drink. Do you know where I could find more videos of her on this site.
