Thank god Miller is leaving! Your so right, its hard to make ends meet. I cannot do it by myself and hence have to live with other people as the rents are way up there, even on the Royal York/Lakeshore. Paying a fortune for living in a area full of prostitues and crack dealers is just wrong. I am very afraid to go out at night alone. I hope the new person cleans up Toronto, lowers the rents and makes it a better place for us.
