@camargo2k run-jump to the top of the ladder, onto the little grey box. then, jump on the corner of the building.

Not sure if it's just me or if it's patched, but I can't seem to get up that way either...

both jumps are possible on 360 and ps3 ...there is another way to do the second jump. just jump towards that pipe near the car's tire and pull yourself up.

I jumped and it pulled me up... I have no idea if its just on the pc (pc is all I tested this on)
