Set the target up on a table or something in a room a few feet away from a window.

Sit back a 100yards or so & shoot through the window at the exploding target.

(might be a good idea to bust out the window & any framing to prevent that shit from coming back at you).

Presto! a safe way to blow the house up...

here in GA you can if the deer pop gets to high, you can hunt them with spotlights and automatic weapons. Last year fucking deer we so thick they started running on to Falcon Air field and damaging million door private aircraft, so they had a bunch of us go clear them out with anything big enough to put one down. I took my 7mm remington mag and AKs, there were guys there with fuckin M1919 water cooled machine guns in the beds of truck just mowin them down

Yeah, don't fool with .30-06 for HD unless you live alone on a farm or something of the like. My buddy took a shot at a tree with the same sabot slug in this video and it went about half way through. Then I put 7.62x54r round all the way through the tree. That should put it in perspective. Plus .30-06 has even more muzzle energy than x54r... Or maybe that happened because that was steel core round I shot. Don't wanna give any wrong info.

Bird shit is a shotty round for home defense. Do you still have your 30-06 laying around? My grandpa used to use a garand for HD before he passed away. I never thought it was a good idea but, he loved it because he had it in WW2 and when he was stationed in Alaska after the war. I'm wondering if it would be able to match the slug for penetration. Would've been nice to have it if my uncle didn't turn it in during a buyback in Baltimore for some gas cards shortly after he died.

Bird shot is nasty at 10ft man.. Blow an arm or leg clean off.. Try it on a ham, see what I mean.. At the house, (I have neighbors on 2 sides), so I use 2-3/4 #4buck Federal PD in a slush pumper.. On the hill, 3in Mag 000buck works my 1187 perfectly.. 2-3/4 is kinda soft for the autoloader, sometimes it doesn't cycle the action.. I always load my grapeguns with buckshot, and keep the sidesaddle loaded with slugs, for speedy ammo change.. Good for cars, can't let trade leave unfinished, ya know!
