Thanks! I use Pro Mark Jazz Sticks because they're pretty thin and long, and the oak versions still have a good weight so you can get enough power out of them... Cheers!

Thanks for the reply. You are leaps and bounds ahead of me at your age. I'm 43 with a 8 and 9 year old son&daughter playing on a 5 piece Tama Rockstar that my wife bought me in 1996 but they are learning the basics and my son is catching up to me very quick. I think my wife wanted me to get back in a band again but I just don't have the time anymore.
