@JacksonhealthTV Tell me, the exercise that work on the behind at 2:06 will that lower your butt size and make it smaller? And the exercise at 3:30 will that also do the same as lowing the size of the butt and making it smaller or it work on somthing else or much faster way to reduce then te one in 2:06?
