i have a goiter in my neck but i dont have insurance to have it removed. This runs in my family really bad. Some of my cousins have had surgery to have their goiters removed. What can i do in the meantime? Are there any vitamins or natural supplements i can take? It hurts and is very hard to swallow. I am really at a lost. I am terrified.
