  • @wodkaspirit Sorry not really sure, might have been 4W.

  • Can I use the with my PS3?

  • not such a geeky taste in music.. respect, my man

  • @brendanwalllis Thanks ;)

  • Can you connect them on the usb port of a Philips tv?

I've only audio out analoge and digital unfortunately NOT a haeadphone jack to connect computer speakers.

  • @Dieselroad Very doubtful that would work.

  • looks like a sewer pipe

  • is this an advertisement for mymem or a legitimate attempt at reviewing

  • I got these in FireWire, I wish they had Apple's Air Play in them.

  • @caturn88 Thanks for watching and commenting.

  • @raazs35 Cheers for that.

  • are they good sound quality? need to know, i just ordered them, would you say there better than the imac default speakers?

  • @NewYorkDontLoveMe I personally think they sound better than the iMac ones.

  • @davomrmac cheers dave, would you say theyve got some bass on them?

  • @NewYorkDontLoveMe A fair bit of bass, yes.

  • older mac

  • @thomasmovesinc I prefer to say a classic.

  • You can use the case as alunch box

  • @elmariel502 Very funny.

  • You do realise that you actually don't need to plug in the jack cable in order to get sound through the speakers, right? Just plug in the USB cable and choose the Lacie USB Speakers as the output in your sound system preferences panel on the Mac! :-)

The jack cable is for connecting MP3 players and other external sound sources.

  • Looks like The iPevo Wireless Speakers, but this have wires lols good review

  • They look kind of like the pipes on a boat that are painted white.

  • I own these speakers. Really good sound quality for a USB device, the bass is really good IMO.... but I payed almost £40! Geez lol

  • Great review Dave. Keep 'em coming! ;-)

  • omg they would look perfect next to my white macbook!

  • you said "wicked" :)

  • thums up for the 12" powerbook g4 :)

  • @macintoshgermany He he, still running strong, great work on Apple's part, one of the best.

  • Great review! I wish I could get one of those!

  • nice speakers!

I might get these for my laptop

  • where do you get the money for all your reviews? Do you keep all the stuff you buy or do you sell them?

  • @Wolopoy I get asked this a lot. 95% of the items I review are loaned to me and then returned.

  • LOL its NOT USB speekers. Its just normal speekers with the option to use USB for power.
