He uses proxy server. If it doesnt work that means that someone else is using it right now. Then you must use another server. Here are 2 lists (hundreds of servers):

but it helps only for this waiting time, sometimes rapidshare doesnt work anyway, it just sux, thats all.

Yea that is annoying. Try using windows magnifier. Go to start...all programs....accessories....acc­essibility....

Magnifier, then chose your setting of magnification. That should help you see it a bit

clearer.
