Something is wrong with his weight. It appears to be too long and too light. Noooo, he is throwing a hammer. I would not have been able to guess by watching his tech. Watch that left shoulder and right elbow.

ive seen both AG Kruger and Libor Charfreitag throw in person before and ive watched a lot of videos of them. AG and Libors technique look very similar. watch the Mt Sac video on youtube. they are conveniently throwing back to back. Libor has the same arm actions you mentioned. And Libor has had a lot of success at the international level. Id tend to give Libor, AG, and Jud Logan the benefit of the doubt

do you really think Libor have a good technique?

i have a general knowledge of the hammer throw. enough to have success at the college level. but i will yield to those who know more. Libor was 3rd at the World Championships in 2007. I trust his technique

there are some people with techniques that look odd to me. AG and Libor have odd techniques. Their techniques have given them success so i would tend to trust their coaches who know more than i do

OK and U like the technique from sedych litvinov murofushi and tikhon?

Yes. Especially Litvinov. It makes the most sense to me because he used the ball more than throwers like Libor. He did not jerk the ball around and have his head get far ahead of the ball. Just my novice perception of his technique. But others like Sedych, Murofushi, and Tikhon still look very good
