Well, by your comment I can deduce you don't know so much about music: he made a direct recording with a very good microphone and just added a little "echo" (you can hear it by the fact that the guitar comes out with the same effect).. He doesn't use any delay. And about the lip sync.. well... it's simply perfect just 'cause he's "really" singing it :) just enjoy it
