  • it's not really between her legs, but more on her lap.

  • TYT has never heard of Vladimir Nabokov's book Lolita. The phrase "OH LOLA" tells us all.

  • We need Sharia Law to deal with shit like this.

  • @p2eas3

    Yeah?

You do know Sharia Law forbids you to subscribe johnnyboyxo and listening to her sex music, right?

  • 0:15-0:31, 1:05-1:25, 2:00-2:10, 2:40-2:49, 3:52-4:02, 4:29-4:47

30% of this TYT clip is Dakota Fanning masturbating with a perfume bottle.

  • @JesusChristsDick

    whoa!?

You really have nothing to do in your spare time?

  • @mkzamel Nothing better to do than to make a point.

  • thank you tories, for forcing your moral and ethical ideology on us in the UK, despite the fact that you didnt win my majority. thank you tories for being influenced by christian lobby groups, forcing the moral demands of a religious group on me. a religious group responsible for billions of innocent peoples violent deaths. the UK is turning into a right wing shit hole and the vilest form of social cancer, religion, is seeping back into the governing systems.

  • I agree with Cenk

  • It's not even sexy, how is this bad? You all are sexually repressed.

  • would u want your daughter posing like that for thousands of people to see? Personally i wouldn't. Nor would i want my sister, or my mother posing like that.

  • @SkateIslam What does that have to do with anything? Then don't give your daughter permission to model while she's a minor. But don't forbid it for others.

Would you want your daughter, sister or mother posing naked for Hustler? If the answer is no, does that mean no one else should be allowed to?

  • Does the add sexualize her? Sure. In a bad way? No. She's holding a flower by her crotch. She's a 17 year old girl, she's not asexual. The imagery here is that of blooming sexuality AND innocence. What you're doing is denying that teenagers have any form of sexuality. They do, it's not wrong to suggest it especially when it's specifically advocating innocence/purity as a desirable thing, like this add is doing. It's not like Dakota Fanning is positioned doggy style.

  • So sexualizing 18 and older is perfectly fine... God, I love these guys.

  • turn on subtitles! ahaha xD

  • I'm on cenk with this.

  • you are gay ,dude in show . You dont like 17 year old girls ? you are not a man but a half a man.

  • Arbitrary, all these "ages of consent." She's an adult (based on objective puberty), and many of you Westerners think that you can justify something immoral by comparing it to something worse.

  • This bloke on the video doesn't know British law, 16 is the age of consent.

  • I LOVE DAKOTA FANNING !!!!!!!!♥♥♥

  • they sexualized her on purpose, regardless of what you think. putting a flower between her legs as suggesting she is possibly a virgin; maybe some of the pedephile's out there can come and pollinate her, or maybe one of your kids if your ok with this AD???

  • @mw2 theres a law that says when u can and when u cant start having sex?

  • @nexusisus Legally yes

  • its a fake in the uk you can have sex at 16 in the uk so its not band so its a fake

  • NASHPA....huu

  • They should have banned it purely because she's FUGLY !!

  • I hate how they make women seem like sexual toys in ads!!!! STUPID ADS!!!

  • get real! its a photo shooooot! who cares! its to advertise perfume not sexual equipment!

  • I don't know I don't think it looks all that sexual..

  • My major requires me to analyze things a lot and I can tell you what this ad is saying. She's holding that bottle on her crotch saying "buy this and you can get into my pants"

  • IMO it's not that she's 17 but that she is posed and shot to look like she's 12 years old. If I lived under a rock and had no knowledge of DF and I saw this ad I would think, "hey. 12 year old with a big bottle in her croch."

  • people need to grow up its perfume who cares how shes holding it

  • JACOBS MAKE HER LOOK STUPID...SO RETARDED

  • It's actually YOU who are making a big deal out of this -

just youtube 'Dakota Fanning BTS for OH LOLA' and @ 3:08 - Look what Dakota herself says -

IMO (in my opinion) if everyone would stop harping on this and just let it be a perfume commercial it wouldn't be such a big deal. Remember Brooke Shields' Calvin Klein jeans commercials - remember? And just look at her now! - she's a married Mom doing Lazyboy furniture commercials! LOL

  • Bitch, you're just jealous.. Dumb fuck..

  • Dakota Fanning is 17, of course she's not old enough to know what sex is or to have desires yet, that all happens on the 18th birthday which is still a month and a half away for her!

  • @Seekarr That's slightly naive of you to say that.

  • @Seekarr that was sarcastic right?

  • @Seekarr not old enough to know what sex is? or have sexual desires? Sexual desires happen at a very very young age, and knowing what sex is, I'm hoping children learn about this when they're young to avoid certain situations. Quit focussing so much on John 3:16 and wake up to reality.

  • @Seekarr

Lol I like your sarcasm and the fact that people take your comment seriously is even more hilarious.

  • Like come ON! The bottle is right in her vagina and the fact that the perfume is called Oh Lola! Like in a sexy way is gross . But with that said, people are gunna here about the perfume and when they r gunna c it in the store they r going to think "oh yeah that's the perfume everyones talking about" and they r going to smell it and possibly buy it so nomatter what people say or do about the ad, the company is going to win. It's desgracful .

  • If she was comfortable with it and her parents were present and approved then whats wrong with it?

  • Yes, its a sexy ad. News flash - kids think about sex, and this ad or its absence won't change that. Don't you guys remember being 17? ANYTHING with a pretty girl in it can be taken that way. Its just like the right tone of voice can make anything sound nasty. "Hey Bob, how'd ya like to de-frag HER hard drive?" Show a concrete rule being broken or let it go. I hold a soda between my legs. Is that too sexual to drive?

  • I think its hot.

  • Most ads in the UK actually have half naked men or women on them and are sexually provacative; in magazines, bilboard, and on the underground. At least she has clothes on.

  • but bad lighting kind of photography has always been Marc Jacobs trademark for print ad =|

  • Thankfully, I am a Muslim

    ^^

  • It's not underage in the UK.... but it's banned anyways so..

  • all marc jacobs ad are in bad lighting, home-photo kinda feel. that's their ad 'signature', so to speak. but heck, i wouldn't buy anything that's placed in between someone's legs in the ads.

  • Half naked women holding perfume are allowed on bill boards in England, so why not this?!

  • Dakota Fanning, the awkward years. Ah, that's a shame. Maybe her and MacCaulay Culkin can hook up.

  • The biggest innuendo of all is the name of the perfume. Hasn't anyone heard of Lolita by Vladimir Navokov? It's a classic novel about a pedophile... what more is there to say here? It's a bottle whose name is tied to Navokov's novel, shaped as a flower between a young girl's legs.

  • well, this is my humble opinion, and surely is one of the millions out there. This ad it's OK. and it's not child porn.

thank god I'm not the only one who think in this way. :)

  • Isn't the age of consent in the UK 16? So what's the fucking problem? It's not like she's holding a dildo - wtf!?

  • Comment removed

  • @Try2MakeSenseOrSTFU Because, though having sex with a 16 year old is legal in the UK, it's still your own business if you choose to do so. However, sexualizing a young female to sell a product is rather uncalled for no matter what the age of consent is. Using human instinct to promote sales is rather dirty all together in my opinion, but we wont go there.

  • And she's played in movies more sexual than this ad.

  • Smh. Im guessing she should have put it on the floor. Or held it in her hand.

  • it's sad that we live in a world in which we can't distinguish between art and pornography.

  • It's funny how Dakota Fanning is pretty much my age (I'm 18) and I still think of her as being, like, and 8 year old.

  • i'm surprised how these men are sexually overloaded in the head. They are guilty, not the ad.

  • Just because she's "underage" doesn't mean she's not sexual because, as we know, at 17 you've already hit puberty.

The add is just a good photo (nice dress, make up, colors, etc.) and it was one of many poses (see the Making of video on You Tube), so it's not even clear if it was the producers who chose that or if she chose that pose and they catched it on film.

What I do feel is disturbing is seeing grown man so disturbed (trying to vent off the excitement, perhaps) with such a small issue.

  • It's my understanding that Britain has always been tough on advertisements geared to and involving children. Cenk is right, it makes complete sense that they would ban this.

  • @InxNathanielsxArms I see dudes with washboard abs all the time in magazines, yet have the knowledge that they constitute 1% of all men, and thus don't get depressed because I don't look like that. Don't blame the ads. Educate your kids. "No one can make you feel inferior without your permission." - E. Roosevelt.

Not guilty. Relax. 17 is legal in some places. Is it bad taste? Probably. Is is something her parents should have discouraged her from? Probably. But criminal? Hardly.

  • It doesn't matter how "tame" it is in comparison. Our society is so saturated with sexual images it's profoundly disturbing. Romance and actual love is now underrated and the media is pushing into our minds that the only things you want and need are sex, violence, and money. It's ridiculous. We do NOT need to be subjecting our children to these overtly sexualized images that will make them feel as if they need to be THAT. It's simply wrong. Nothing more to it.

  • As a citizen of the UK and a Law student can we please clear this up:

The age of consent for sexual activities is 16.

The age a person can view or be a part of sexual images is 18.

Therefore for the purposes of a sexual image SHE IS UNDERAGE.

(The debate is whether or not the image is sexual)

  • That women presenter is an idiot, is she seriously that shallow and thoughtless? Idiot.

  • @flipgood89 1) She isnt underage

    2) Its not really wedged into her crotch, but its interesting that thats how you see it. Says something about you people.

But yes, telling an of age person what harmless act they cant do is curtailing their rights.

So you get out of here with your cluelessness.

  • @waltermh111 ....shut the fuck up...the bottle is clearly resting on her vagina. Why do people try to deny the obvious in order to prove a point? Have you ever heard of "lolita"? To anybody with a brain, this ad is trying to play off of that image --- SYMBOLISM...but I guess getting you to understand that is too much. And no, appearing in a sexually suggestive ad, under the age of 18 is not a "right" that is protected, so why dont u get the fuck out of here.

  • @flipgood89 18 is an arbitrary age of consent and age of consent isnt even 18 in britain so you dont even have a point there.

If you sit down or sometimes lay and rest your hands they are likely to rest an item on your crotch area if not the stomach. Nothing inherently sexual about it. You just cant stop having sexual thoughts out of anything and feel shame for it so you blame others and tell them to stop doing things you find suggestive.

  • @waltermh111 ...An age of consent law is not the same as obscenity laws. For instance, age of consent varies state-to-state here in America, yet those under 18 are not allowed to perform in sexually explicit media. Thats the difference. And lol @ comparing what one does during their private time of leisure (resting a bottle between their legs) and a national marketing ad where EVERYTHING is strategically placed. Everything from her dress, to the bottle, to the flowers was done for a reason.

  • @flipgood89 I know your not in a disagreement with me. But what is a "Lolita"? I've heard it, but Wikipedia speaks in riddles

  • @TheDayGamers ....lolita was the main character in an old novel, and she was basically a sexualized young girl. Over time there have been many adaptations and references to the lolita character, which has grown into a symbol of a sexually active girl who is desired by older men.

  • @flipgood89 I don't think you know where the vaginas are in the female anatomy...You have to go a bit lower and deeper.

Do you propose females wear a metal plate over around that area? A burka too?

  • @DreamOfTurtles ....im tired of arguing with you weirdos about this....this video clip has attracted the pedo supporter, and you guys are certainly up in arms over banning sexually suggestive ads featuring teens. Go fight the good fight, sir.

  • Steve goes HAM on every issue!

  • i love this ad. it shows that sex is in one's head. you cant see it, but you think about it when you see the shoot. lol people make such a big deal out of everything! its hilarious

  • its not like this add is actually aimed at children, teenagers are not children!!!

  • @supergroovalistic1 Its actually aimed at women, its a womans fragrance, which makes it even more ludicrous how people are reacting. Its not there to get men horny at her, not that its likely to do that.

Any man who needs a bottle on her crotch to get off didnt actually need the bottle there lol

    Such shameful overreaction.

  • All girls of 16 years of age care about is looking good and buying into consumer products like this perfume for example. The girls that would buy this product are the ones already thinking about SEX!!!

  • @supergroovalistic1 nope, not making any sense

  • man people are stupid, 16 year olds are far from innocent, i was having sex at 14, this wont make young girls just decide to go out and have sex, its a gradual thing that takes time and once you feel comfortable and know its right, you do it. Or has everyone forgotten what it was like to be a teenager?

  • @FluggleBubble ...And you are personally attacking me because...

    1. You are paid to say this

    2. You approve of mind-controlled pedophelia, ritual sexual abuse + by ritual killing

    3. You are also a psychopath

    4. You are mind-controlled

    5. You are just a plain idiot

    6. All of the above?

The above statements have no bearing on my personal sex life. It reflects that I did do my research into the truth. I suggest you do your own diligence, if you do not fall into the above-listed categories. ~.~

  • wait i though 16 was the legal age in the uk?

  • Cenk, lighten up! Where were you when you found out about whaletail? Ok to see young girl panties, but wrong to see one posing without showing anything? I agree with Ana...

  • What he really said: "Kardashians"

What the subtitles say: "card as she is"

  • LOL read the subtitles. They're all wrong.

  • @Mootageri eh come again...Hey look obviously you know me better than anyone. The fact the I am brainwashed by the govt. Furthermore I find it shocking that I as 22year old red blooded male can be attracted to someone so wrong.....You definately figured me out!! I try one last time. I am not protesting. I am indifferent towards to banning. Only point I made was the lolita reference. Now run along insult others as you please.

  • Ana, If you'd met as many child victims of sexual abuse and pedophiles as people who work in the child protection field, you might see this differently. I have to say that it was amazing and wonderful that all the men on your show voted against it. I love your staff.

  • @katemcshane Actually, the bias of people in child protection makes them void.

Emotional bias is well known to push aside rational thought, such as that this isnt pedophilac in the least and the men have to be defensive, especially in america where the age of consent is 18, lest they get the image of interest in women under 18.

This ad doesnt in the least create an image that its alright to abuse women, and she doesnt look 10 in the least.

Emotional bias is bad for judgment, causing much pain.

  • Ban the ad

    - the lighting is intentionally bad, implying a 'home' photo of a daughter

    - what 17 yr old gets caught in a dress light that, it's a "Little Girlie" dress

    - the perfume is a phallic symbol pointing into her crotch

    - she's 17 and made to look like she's much younger

    - Lola is a reference to "Lolita" . Wiki what that's about

Child porn. Child Porn. Child porn. Child Porn. Child porn. Child Porn. Child porn. Child Porn. Child porn. Child Porn. Child porn. Child Porn. Child porn.

  • @Rev31test look up the definition of a child, 17 is not a child, look up the definition of porn ( there is a legal definition ) this is not porn there for it is not child porn, your screaming child porn about a person who with parental consent can join the army and learn how to kill a whole bunch of people in a whole bunch of different ways, LOTS of girls her age and older would and now are wearing the dress or one just like it this is ONLY an issue in the US and only because its Dakota fanning

  • @phoboskitty

I guess Rev stands for Reverend, and he seems to see Child Porn when he sees 17 year old in a dress...

  • if you watch her photo shoot its very unsexual she never even holds the bottle there it must be the one pic out of the whole shoot - they have a ton a other good photos of the bottle in her hands and just laying down next to it

  • @kinectaddict thanks, one of the few other people to actually research. Its all so benign when you look at the whole slew of shots and other official ads.

Its also aimed at women, its a womens perfume. Its not for teens or men as far as I can tell.

  • This has nothing to do with age whatsoever the real issue is this whole agenda of society seeing young girls as innocent naive little princesses. If it were a 17 yr old guy do you think anyone would even give a damn?

She's 17 and fully dressed 1 yr from being able to post naked pic online. Feminist and idiot pussy whopped males wants to say where do we draw the line?

THE REAL QUESTION IS WHEN WILL YOU AMERICANS WAKE UP AND SEE THE SOCIETY WE NOW LIVE IN?

Teenage girls know what they want

  • I just have a problem that she looks like a meth addict.

  • Plus Lola may be a Lolita reference. If so...its obviously sexualized

  • To be fair, she's 17 which is perfectly legal here.

    Not guilty, end of.

  • @Mootageri ...should be allowed with a 10 year old than fine, but clearly you are sick if you think that is acceptable. and you can argue that that was acceptable a long time ago (when the average lifespan only went into the 40s and women had a high rate of death delivering children which increased in age) or that other countries allow it (some of the same countries that allow people to stone adulterers to death)but that doesn't mean it's acceptable.

  • @Mootageri ...of Europe you are considered much more adult at a much younger age. Also, the age wasn't that quietly raised. I remember very clearly when it was brought up because I was living in Ottawa at the time and remember watching Stephen Harper speak in person about the raise in age of consent about 8 months before it happened. Just because you were unaware of it does not mean it was done quietly. And if you think I'm brainwashed because I don't think it's appropriate that a 40 year old...

  • @Mootageri in Canada the legal age og consent is 16, that being said a 12/13 year old is allowed within 2 years of their own age(14/15). at 14/15 you are allowed within 5 years (19/20). 16 is legal age of consent and 18 is legal recording and "entertainment". Though I agree with you that many laws are for the good of the few and not many these laws in particular are put in place to ensure the safety of children. As far as the "ideal" age of consent, culture defines that. In many parts of...

  • Well she's legal in the UK. But she sure doesn't look it there. Not to mention the fact that every memory I have of Dakota Fanning is of a scared little girl. There's no way this is an acceptable ad.

  • @GrandSupremeDaddyo wow, you hit it on the head.

  • She's not underage at all in the UK. I don't really get how this is unacceptable in the UK. Pretty sleazy advert, but then, so are all of our perfume adverts - why does it matter if she's 17 which is legal in the UK anyway?!

  • @mmatvnetful There are children being ridiculously, blatantly sexualized. Honestly, while I pedophilia is disgusting, I think "pervy wankers' "beating-off" to a someone legal who just looks under age is better than them beating-off to a six year old in a bikini with a spray tan. I still find nothing wrong with this ad, but I would think it's the lesser of two evils.

  • but cenk constantly talks about how he thinks the legal age should be 16 not 18, ignores that this girl is legal in the country this took place, he is being a hypocrite in saying she shouldnt be allowed to do that

  • @Wgivens93 You don't know what it means to be a hypocrite do you. Age of consent is not relevant to his opinion in this. The fact that she is legally a minor is more important.

  • @dinex2 the girl is 17 years old what difference would it make if she was a year older? none and plus this was a UK ad so US standards are irrelevant

  • @Wgivens93 She is legally a minor in most of the UK.

  • @dinex2 regardless she is one year from it and it would make no difference if she was 18 or 17 like I said Cenk has said he thinks you should be considered an adult at 16 so what is his problem?

  • @Wgivens93 You're confusing age of majority with age of consent. And it does make a difference if shes 18 or 17. Noone thinks that anything magical happens over night when you turn 18, but the limits has to be set somewhere. You're basically arguing that there should be no age limits for anything.

  • @dinex2 no im saying it doesn't matter and that it shouldn't be 18 just like Cenk has said before

  • @Wgivens93 He has said that the age of consent should be 16. That's completely separate from this discussion.

  • Comment removed

  • @dinex2 copied from wikipedia "The age of majority is 18 for most purposes including sitting on a jury, voting, standing as a candidate, buying or renting films with an 18 certificate or R18 certificate or seeing them in a cinema, being depicted in pornographic materials, ..."

    "being depicted in pornographic materials"

It's not pornographic, she can model in it.

If you were arguing that the image is inappropriate because she is dressed in a way to look younger you would have a point.

  • @anonbehell Im not saying that its illegal under that law fuckface. If you dont understand the argument then theres nothing i can do to help you.

  • She's not underage in the UK. Unfortunately she does like a child.

  • I vote guilty. It does sexualize a kid. If they want to make it legal, wait until she is 18.

  • @GennaSt in the UK she isn't a "kid" she is legal. In the UK 17 is like 19.

  • They should see what her little sister is doing for that new 3D Coppola film... and she's 13...

  • Funny at age 17 this ad is deemed inappropriate but soon as she's hits 18 you could find her topless on page 6 of the periodicals at any London news stand, for sale to people of all ages.

  • FYI, in the UK the ad would got banned b/c she looks under 18 too

  • The way I heard it, the ad was banned because it might lead to 'serious sexual offenses' or something to that effect. Why would it?

  • @AJustPrimate It wouldnt, but apparently the judges and many fathers are afraid they would do the offensive deeds I guess.

Any stranger who would wont because of that benign pic, they would because they dont need an excuse.

Its stupid emotional refusal to understand the human mind.

Photoshop has done far more to Fanning to "sexualise" her than the pictures in the ads which dont make her look preteen so much as shes beautiful and youthful. We like youthful because few people want to be old lol

  • she looks creepy 2 me

  • why so many dislikes?

  • @SangtotheDy Because its a stupid ruling to ban this. The photoshoot actually has many ads and took many angles and this is the least benign but still quite benign one, and shes legal in the UK and consented and its her right, and Cenk and the others are wrong, so of course it will have alot of dislikes.

The judges idea that it will lead to sexual offenses has no basis in reality. Doesnt even make sense in the least. Theres worse stuff not banned on tv even in america.

  • One thing we all can agree on.....the total hypocrisy of society since the dawn of time. Girls as young as 5 yrs old are in beauty pageants and they complaining about this??? ROFL

Can't drink til age 21 yet kids all over college campuses getting drunk. If you under age 18 you a minor...ROFL.....age of sexual consent in many states in usa is age 16

Drugs are illegal but they continue to flood over our borders from Mexico ..ROFL

I will say it again...our society is WHACKED!

  • @MaicoMoon oh, k

  • 17 is not under age in the UK so i dont know why they banned it, i'd expect you lot to ban it since 17 is not legal where you are

  • Why is it that in America people think that a girl the day before her 18th birthday is a completely different organism than that same girl 24 hours later? Girls are interested in sex from puberty, just like boys, but when an awkward teenage boy is shown to be interested in sex that's NEVER controversial. I say this as the father of a preschool daughter, stop pretending teenage girls are eternally pure vessels of innocence! If it makes you uncomfortable, that's your problem.

  • I don't know about you guys, but I was perfectly able to make mature decisions when I was 17.

  • it is a definite reference to Lolita (hence the "Lola") and the perfume between her legs is a flower, so do I really have to spill out what it means?

    the ad is disgusting.

  • @MrKillingvenom

Thank you for pointing that out! Nobody else seems to see that. I personally find it disturbing and disgusting!

  • Comment removed

  • @MrKillingvenom OMG! Finally someone mentioning the bottle being on her crotch AND being a GIGANTIC flower. I would not have been offended at all or thought sexualising minors if it was not called Lola and had a freaking flower you have to remove to take in the perfume, COME EFFING ON, lol! I don't get how people don't get the obvious references. Just cuz you make it artsy and literary don't mean it aint soft core kiddy porn, disgusting is right. And Faning is the obvious choice, as well! Eww.

  • @MrKillingvenom I don't get it...you may have to spell it out for me.

  • dirty girl

  • completely blown way out of proportion.

Take a look at Taylor Momsen's cover of Revolver Magazine. She's barely wearing anything and holding guns. She was also 17.

  • 100% should be guilty. Totally unclassy, trashy and even plain weird. The fashion industry is using her youth to be controversial and are raping her youth. She'll go straight down the Lindsay Lohan route if she's not careful. I hate all this teen modelling and even acting. We shouldn't be "admiring" young teenagers bodies anyway. It's sexualising and exploitation. The fashion industry know what they're doing, why else would it be wedged between her legs? The acceptance of it makes me feel ill.

  • The age of consent in most countries is 16, that includes all of the UK.

So this story is kinda bullshit.

17 year olds 'are' very sexual beings. To dismiss that fact is ignorant.

  • Soooo no one has The Runaways, this shit was nothing compared to that

  • 17 is hardly a child. If she were younger then it would be questionable.

  • yes, superficially, she's almost an adult, she's fully clothed, etc. It's about the subtext. She's a famous child actress so we know intuitively she's underage, she's got a pink bottle of perfume in her crotch with a vulva-esque flower on the top, in a fashion/perfume ad (which sexualizes young people for context) and the perfume is named for Lolita, to put a big exclamation point on it. This is so over-the-top that I am shocked there is even a question here. It's what the picture represents.

  • She looks like a zombie if you ask me.Yuck.

  • 17 is almost 18 Cenk... geez!!

  • @ihrtmomopus It's kinda scary and creepy that that's your defence...

  • Anna. like most females i know always miss the sexuakity that men see, the reason for fathers, to stop the crazy

  • @zebbedi Yes, well, America has more than it's share of philosophical and moral blunderings.

    Cheers, mate!

  • This ad does sexualize a young female. If the bottle had to be positioned anywhere else they would have killed the ad. That being said, "Toddlers and Tiaras" is the sickest thing I have ever seen on TV. And I've only seen it briefly, about 10 minutes to prove to myself it is criminal. And two years later it is still on TV. WTF? If you watch it, you are a pedophile or at least a sexual deviant.

  • Personally I wouldn't have known who this was, unless the clip revealed her name. Not that I haven't heard of her, but I assumed she was over 18 by now. In the event I saw the ad independently I wouldn't have though nothing of all about it. In many States in the US she is of the age of consent. But still a minor when it comes for things like signing a binding contract

  • We don't have to draw a line, they will notice it themselves when other companies advertising with actual sexy women beat them tenfold.

Its not like there is going to be a generation of pedophiles because of stuff like this.

  • I vote not guilty, I don't give a shit if they are trying to sexualize her, it doesn't matter and it doesn't work.

People who are into it are into it no matter what.

  • The UK? THE UK??? HAVE YOU SEEN THE SCHOOL UNIFORMS OF THE UNDERAGED GIRLS IN THE UK??? THEIR SKIRTS ARE SHORTER THAN A SMURF'S DICK!!! Give me a fucking break UK. Hypocrisy on it's peak.

  • I'm more curious about to whom this ad targets? Middle aged women? Very young women?....(you too could have a pink penus shaped bottle between your legs for the paltry price of $85).

  • 17 isn't under-aged in the UK. Age of consent is 16.

  • @anonbehell Age of consent is completely irrelevant to this discussion. In Spain the age of consent is 13. Would it be fine if it was a 13 year old in a spanish ad? You have to be 18 to be in porn. That is more relevant on what is considered underage in this context.

  • @dinex2

    Of course its relevant.

So you're suggesting this is anything like porn? Is that a joke?

Dakota made up her own mind, if she chose to do the ad and felt comfortable i think we should all respect that. Stop treating her like a dumb little girl. Shes 17 for fucks sake not 9.

  • @treysparker Shes 17. Legally a minor. I will treat her as such.
