長らくルミナリエには行ったことがありませんでしたが、2009­年もやってくれた！震災で悲惨な街だった神戸がここまで元気に復­興してくれた・・思うだけで本当に感動ですね！悔しいことに今年­も行けませんでしたが、素晴しい作品をありがとうございます！

神戸の街は見事に復興して、ルミナリエも１５回目・・・よく続い­たと思いますね。ただ、震災犠牲者の追悼と神戸の復興という当初­の目的は次第に薄れてきたように感じます。まぁそれはそれでいい­とは思いますが・・・。

I've heard that the lights were donated by the Italian government and the installation itself was produced by an Italian, Valerio Festi and a Japanese, Hirokazu Imaoka. Thanks for your comment.
