man dimi this is one of your most memorable songs.. i remember listening to this last year and i still cant get it out of my head :D fucking brialliant
Sdrazte! Brilliant Fretwork Dimi !!!! A pleasure to watch and hear.I am a friend of Plamen,( young Epiphone Les Paul player) he sent me this link, I hope he will one day arrive at the point where he is living his dream,I know It's not easy to do in BG so thank God for people like you who can show him that it's possible.
Damn those homerecording equipments are expensive if u want good stuff . Too expensive for a student but, gotta have some anyways. I've decided to buy Line6 UX1 and Behringer MS20 monitors( whole set = ~200e). Yeah yeah, not obviously the best :D but i hope that those will do the job.
What do you think dimi? U got any advices for low budget homerecording gear?
can I ask you: when you need to choose headphone monitorig, what you recomend? I mean, I probably cannot afford a HD 800 from Sennheiser, but can you recomend something good in price/quality for a self-producing guitar player at his home studio? Thanks a lot.
QUESTION FOR EVERYONE: DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET THE 2005 MODEL IBANEZ RG2550 WITH THE PEARL DOT INLAYS? I WANT ONE SOOOOOOOOOO BAD...WILLING TO PAY ANY PRICE. (non exaggerated of course)
Hey Dimi, I noticed you have the classic scrunchie hair band thing on the headstock. I tried to buy one to see if it would cut back some noise in high gain, but can never find the right size to fit over head stock. Which are you using and where do you get it? Oh the CD mother earth is great, been in my car CD player for months now. If anyone is interested in Dimi's stuff, buy Mother Earth, its his best so far IMHO.
doest it really make noise? trying to mute tremolo springs make sense to me, but does strings really make noise there behind the locking nut, I mean, a noise that passive pickups can sense? Maybe if you use Active EMG´s it could be, but i have never notice noise from there where you have the hair band. Not even with the higher gain and volumes.Greetings.
Dimi,,just kidding,,no idea what the other person said,,,we know it sounds good,,,the Sync is a little off on the first closeup part,,but who cares...sounds great.
Well good!!!! Keep it up Dimitar...the world is listening!!!

What's better TH1 or Revalver? I tried both, and I think Revalver is better for rythm guitar, but TH1 is better for leads, what's your opinion?

You can search for cheaper used M-Audio 410. I've got mine for 100$...:)
But Line6 UX1 and Behringer MS20 monitors
will work just fine for the beginning!!!

Hi! :) I'm using AKG 240 studio!
Great headphones for a home studio or more...
Regards,
Dimi
diminalbantov 2 years ago
really? but those AKG are circumaural and semi open!
is not better a closed model to have no leak of sound?
Regards.

I'm using them for mixing .
Not for recording vocals.

I got my hair band thing from my wife...haha :)
It is really tight one and works great when recording rhythm guitars to clear some noise.
Thank you for your support !!!
Warm Regards

Not too much noise :)
I'm using a little piece of paper sometimes between the springs too.
