A quick rundown then... the orange and blue lightning is two particle sources emitting particles at a birth rate of 6-7, with the opacity at 0%, or very low. The aux particle system is turned on, and fiddle with those settings to get it right. I also added a 'Stylize -> Glow' to each of the particle systems. The purple fountain is simple; just add a floor layer as needed. The flickering in the middle is a feathered white layer, with opacity set to a 'wiggle' expression... (continued)
