also in the game's source files, the weapon is called ar2. and in half life 2: episode 2 the weapon is mentioned as an ar2 too.

but in the normal half life 2 it isn't mentioned as an ar2.

however, i don't know what ar2 stands for. maybe it's Assault Rifle 2 or something. but im not sure.

not really, was just a little program for it. it's called karafun. it's dutch, i think there's an english version too. just listen to the sound, count how many times i hear something before something new starts. then just add it to a list of text. wich is shown in this vid ;). then when all text is done, i start the music, and everytime a weapon fires, i press space. the spacebar pressing is fun, coz some parts i need to do very fast pressing. not in this one, but in v2.0.
