Thanks Paddlesailnitro..the man 2nd from the right is 3X Grammy Award winner, 2 X American Music Award winner Richard Street, one of the legendary lead singers of The Temptations from '72-'95. He sang lead on many Temps hits including Papa Was A Rolling Stone, Masterpiece, Hey Girl, and many many more..and yes, the audience had an amazing time that night..thanks for the compliment.

never followed the temptations, but this song was always a classic, from day 1. Don't know who these guys are, but they're doing justice to the song and look like they are having a blast. I'm sure the audience loved it.

Thanks for posting this, The temptations were always my favorite group and I think the best group in the world. My two favorite Tempts were Richard Street and Eddie Kendricks. Temptations forever.

Someone here recommended watching the 'Bareback' video, by the Temps, I tell you it is a treat to watch. Richard is getting down, and so is Glen Leonard.  I loved it.

I always liked Richard, he can sing and is even better in concert, he could just bond with the audience. Some group can only do it on the reord but when they get in front of people it is not the same.

Aside from Richard, these guys never claimed to be a Temptation. This video never said that. To say Richard was a bench warmer just shows lack of knowledge. How can you win 3 Grammys as a bench warmer? I guess Dennis Edwards and all the other replacements were bench warmers too,. If you don't know Temptation's history, don't comment. YOU are the wannbe!!

i periodically revert back to the temps 70's video called riding bareback, now if you want to see richard get down,checkout this video. i'm talkin',high energy and my boy,richard is wild in this video.i love the song and the performance,but for some reason,it just cracks me and my son up everytime we watch it. check it out when you get time.

This was the summer of 2006. We were on the show with the Contours opening up for us. Thanks for the comment...I'll be sure to let Richard know that his fans are still supporting him!! And he likes comments like yours about his dancing..(he's still bringing it, and he likes to outdance all of us on stage!!)
