hello I unplugged before turning it it off while it was printing and its not working anymore at all... green light but when I want to print it does NOTHING at all HELP PLZ my bro gonna kill me

To reset the Laserjet 1020 printer, perform the following steps:

Power off the printer.

Power on the printer while depressing both the Go and Cancel buttons. Keep the buttons depressed. The lights will begin to flash in sequence.

Release the buttons when all three lights begin to flash in unison.

The printer should now reset and ready for use.

@HPPrinterSupport Could you tell me where are the Go and Cancel button on the HP LaserJet 1020? It only has two lights on it, which three lights are you talking about? There are only two! Plz help me because the printer is not working anymore! And thank you for your answer
