  • This cop is very typical of many officers today. The one thing I don't understand is why did you mirrow image this video

  • I am impressed I realy like to see officers doing there job as peace officers normaly they are trying to kidnap people or extort money from them. WTG officer

  • I think when people run across an officer like this, they should post it! Not just the videos of cops stepping all over rights!

  • this cop must work in PR

  • when they're bad they're bad ' when they're good they're GOOD! just like me

  • cop just does'nt get it we don't need aq nanny state telling us to watch out for the traffic and getting hit.If we don't have sense enough then we deserve to get hit and it's our problem not his.We are sick of being treated like morons or children,we are neither of those.Officer if you are serving me great if not get out of my way you're obstructing me.

  • It is true that you don't film when peace officers do appear, you mostly film the bad ones. but that is ok as long as the main point is getting rid of those because only then, the entire survival of the org is assured.

  • thts sooo true

  • A brother!

  • Now this is the way it needs to be done. Show not only the bad officers, but show the good ones as well and praise them for being good officers. By doing this we can hopefully shut down the bad officers by showing them how a good officer should be. I wish that you had got a better shot of his name so that we could praise him by name.

  • It'd be nice to find coverage of officers like him in the Occupy Wall Street protests.

  • NNNNNNNNIP IT!

  • A State Trooper bought me a tire when I was stuck on the side of a road with a flat tire . I was on my way going to drill for the Army Reserves and after he bumper pushed me to a repair shop unknowingly to me he paid the mechanic for my tire .

  • Amen, officer deserves a promotion. Finally an officer who understands that a little common courtesy goes a long way when you are trying to get people to comply.

  • the U.S , greatest country in the world ? ,who's he trying to kid , the place is BANKRUPT

  • @badslabber No it is not "BANKRUPT". It is in debt like most places in the world, and that debt is caused by the things RP4409 protests against. Like it is often said, "The United States is the worst country in the world, except for all the others".

  • @badslabber Still better then starving in Africa with fleas in your house wondering if you are going to have food the next day or even a bed.

We are better then the 1900s when just before cars in the big cities horse manure was often up to the second story window and you had to pay a private person to shovel a path for you and they (doom and gloom realists) and was a major environmental issue like *Global Warming*.

Those people would think the same cities today are sparkly clean.

  • @Luciferminusone your a FOOL ,you know nothing ,the U.S. has been ,bankrupt since march the 9th 1933 ,when it started borrowing money from a private bank called the fed ,....learn something :(

  • @badslabber

    Name a better country

  • @Andothul what ..? name a better bankrupt country ,...is that what you mean ...,as they are all fucking bankrupt ,ya dopey cunt :( write a letter to MR .bernacke to let him know how upset you are ,...make me sick :(

  • @badslabber

You obviously didn't come from a better country, you have grammar like a complete cunt and that's what your mouth must look like with all the shit that's dripping out. before you sound like a 12 year old Anti-american fag learn English first, people will take you seriously or... a bit more.

  • Beautiful officer conduct.

  • Any officer watching this video TAKE NOTE. This is the general demeanor I envision a PEACE officer taking. It softens my hardened heart a bit to see this man not abusing his power. Bless him for acting like a HUMAN. He should get a medal!

  • Good man. I'm sure the camera probably influenced him a bit, but hes just a nice man who knows how to do his job right. It seems that this was a more common thing back in the time.

  • I dont like your videos, but I will thank you for being objective and showing both sides of the coin. Thank you.

  • Its been my experience that if you treat a cop like a human being, he'll return the favor. They're human like you. Get shitty with them, they'll get shitty back. Next time you run into a cop, smile, say how ya doing Officer, & you'll get treated with respect right back.

When I get stopped for a traffic violation, when the cop walks up to me I always say "Dayum you busted me BIG TIME on that one, what can I say, I was in the land of OZ daydreaming"........I haven't had a ticket in 24 years......

  • that must be a good man because he handles his job well

  • Just so everyone knows, the officer in this video has been the victim of a harassment campaign by OTHER COPS who beat the living shit out of him in his own yard - presumably for racial reasons. So yes, praise this cop, but do not generalize about the goodness of the police.

  • Comment removed

  • @hpprinter12345 Hhhahaha right? I think most officers are androids or sumthn lol. Why on earth would you follow an order to hurt someone physically, mentally, emotionally etc..? Cause you only have five years til that pension huh?

  • he has probably gotten laid off by now

  • You know, its nice to see one of us black guys bein the good guys for once.

  • I think all airport like LAX should be boycotted

  • I wish all cops were this nice. There's ONE like this guy in our small town, the rest are total fascist ass-pirates.

  • We kneed the real Jesus preached....

  • I think this officer knows what is going on in the world. one of the very few that you hardly ever run across these days. I bet he has a library of books in his house that he actual reads as well. that or he was not raised on T.V.'s idea of liberty and freedom.

  • Were all Nice people.. the general public..but the people the cops meet most of the time arent that nice.

SO they have to be more dominant and agressive to deal with those people. When they meet a normal people they should be able to flip the switch and be nice and polite again. But i think thats hard to do

  • So in other words...you like cops who tell you to obey the law your already obeying.ie standing on sidewalk.

Otherwise, your an uneducated little prick with a camera who provokes rather than documents.

Oh yeah, have fun censoring my messages fucking communist.

  • I dont understand what you guys are about are you protesters and do you get arrested for this stuff?

  • Can anyone tell me the name of the song used in the background?

  • theres plenty of nice police officers. the only reason you find bad videos is because you go out trying to film cops. your a fucking idiot and a communist. go to hell

  • @BDRSolid If the same cop simply said "stay off the street and keep the sidewalk clear" and didn't say anything about protesting or patriotism this guy would have called him a fascist pirate. His head is wedged FAR up the ass of his biased agenda.

  • Police should use this as a training video.

  • WOW what a good guy!

BUT, isn't it sad that we are actually *surprised* when a police officer treats the people they SERVE with respect and sincere concern?

I hope we can get more guys like him!

  • I think that attitude is based on training and doing the screening at the place where people train to be officers and make sure they're taking the job for the right reason. In reality there are a lot of good troupers out there, but the ones who aren't are always easy to film. lol

  • Unfortunately, the rigors of the police work tend to heavy handed behavior. If you look at any other field of endeavor, you'll see equal mis-handling, it's just not as noticeable due to the lack of tazers and Billy clubs used in performance!

  • And no, it still doesn't make them abusing their authority ok. They need to be brought to task for it when they do!

  • I'm sure you've seen an intersection where the traffic light has gone down at some time in your life. Next time, watch for awhile. Notice the order restored when cops show up. Imagine all order disappearing, not just one light. That's what would happen without police, quickly! They are a necessary evil, the lesser of two by far!

  • Just for the record, I never said being an asshole cop was ok. It's not! Many don't deserve the position. But many people have a poor understanding of authority and it's purpose. Try stepping into the position yourself and deal with the daily tasks associated with it and you'll have a different perspective. Rather than setting stumbling blocks before otherwise ok cops to goad them to anger. You really should live in a society without law enforcement.

  • I didn't appreciate the way they greeted me that night answering the door, taking control of the situation, however, they did have to dead bodies on the roadside, so perhaps you could understand their edginess....well?

  • @kyle91566 ....again, using extreme circumstances to justify moronic authoritarian behavior....good luck with that :)

  • In 2002, my landlady's psycho boyfriend beat her and her brother to death on the side of the road 3 blocks away from her home. The cops arrested him coming home after doing so.

  • A cops job is to take control of a scene when he has too, unfortunately, they often don't know what that "scene" will bring, so caution is warranted. As to why they ever need to be discourteous, unfortunately, many abused children get hired to the job.

  • Rp4409 doesn't like what I have to say about his agenda, so he blocks my further comments on his "hot pirates on the loose" video. so now I know what you're about!

  • He seems like a very nice, down to earth cop and very respectful, didnt just demand people move back.

  • he should be teaching young police cadets...

  • The truth is, there are plenty of very nice cops. We just never hear about them because only videos of police brutality are popular.

  • @RedSandStudios ....no actually to be honest they don't really do nice shit.

  • @RP4409 I have to agree with you. It's ignorant to put people in a position of power when they treat it just like the majority of other Americans do their jobs, just a paycheck. Unfortunately there will always be assholes and until citizens decide to start flexing their constitutional rights and keeping the government in check, then we will continue to be the sheep of tomorrow.

  • @RP4409 Broad statement, but not surprising.

  • @RP4409 what says you?

  • @RP4409

I got stopped by a cop once for speeding down a road. He was nice enough, and told me to just be careful next time. No ticket.

Another time I was speeding down the road to get to the hospital because a relative was about to go through some major surgery. I got stopped by a cop because I was going over the speed limit. I told him why I was going so fast. He said he understood, and he let me go.

  • @RP4409 You ought to live in texas. Our cops are nice, just zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. They dont even profile people anymore. So you could be the most thuggin black guy ever and not get profiled.

Heck, here in texas you hear about cops pulling people from fires and horrible wrecks, and saving them. Lots of our police have been shot and killed as a result, actually putting themselves at risk for the civvies.

  • @RP4409 You should have seen me and my brothers this one time. We were riding in my brother's car, my other brother drove, and we got pulled over for the license plate light being out. Now, even with how super serious they are about zero tolerance, my brother had a charge for possesion on reccord. The cop just asked him if he was "Being good" and didn't even give us a ticket. He just told us to be safe and have it fixed soon!

    Good ol Texas police. n_n

  • @peepeevagi

Great, lets hope next time you get pulled over you don't get you head bashed in. This is a rare video....do not put your guard down

  • @RedSandStudios I agree. This world is very one dimensional.

  • @RedSandStudios look at the training. There is no way in heck that breeds a majority of "nice" cops. It breeds hateful people on power-trips. That black guy probably has family who remember the civil rights era

  • What was the protest(?) about?

  • No, you idiots just chose not to antagonize this one. That's all.

  • @bbrriiaann111 Stfu communist.

  • you mean he was taught to speak proper?

  • He makes you WANT too respect him simply by giving respect to the citizens and protesters! Now THAT is a good cop

  • Your country need more cops like him. Officers should be nice and gentle.

  • No one, with a sane grip on reality, takes 21st century gender ambiguity seriously as he/shes are incapable of riding, for more than an hour & fifteen minutes, ten-speed English racer-bikes with narrow saddles. Their peaches are spoilt, their leftwardliness is undifferentiated as foldermenia is a subtype of schizophrenia. They don't (as well as they can't) embrace Christian morality gracefully.

  • why is his badge on the wrong side ???????

  • Thats all it takes to get respect, In all black with a helmet n shield beatin their baton only bring more aggression, this guy knows his job..

  • its going to be the year 4409 before we get any justice on this planet.

  • oh what sunset and vermony? my hood.

  • Give him 2 years and he'll be burned out and un-professional like the rest of PIGS today.

  • @PokerJoker3 He's a Sergeant, moron. He's probably been on the force an excess of 15 years.

  • Great peace officer.

  • This guy was just rephrasing what he was really thinking "Get the fuck off the street you stupid hippie dickheads"

  • it seems that if you run your camera all the time you would catch more of this, but no, you will only spead the bad you see, do you feel that you found the one and only nice officer from a force of 12,000?

  • Hmm maybe he's nice because he's not white!

  • He's not just a cop .... HE'S A TRUE AMERICAN, A PATRIOT like one of us, just doing his job. I respect him for his courtesy and politeness. I wish all cops were like him.

  • Most cops get a LOT of crap, so therefore, they can be at times at their edge at protests etc. . . BUT all the cops I know are average dudes, They just want you to not causing a problem that is against the law or major disturbance. If people would act respectful in the first place they may be surprised to find a cop that gives them lots of credit for what they are doing. They aren't the TSA for god's sake! Most cops are selected individuals who love serving and helping people.

  • How about you stop being a liberal loser and get over yourself? And why is your foot bare? Damn hippie.

  • we live in the united states, the greatest country in the world. well said. we've all seen what happens when we, the citizens, forget what our rights and civil liberties are and to stand up for them. we get this militant corporate-run scheme of fear and brutality. nice to see a cop doing his job WELL for a change.

respect is earned mutually and if someone else shows you respect you have no problem doing the same for them. it's forcing people's respect that will end in a rude awakening for cops

  • Remember if you are a police officer your are there to serve and protect the public - not to laud your power over others...

  • what's the name of the song in the back :)

  • that's a good cop for sure, we need more of those!!

  • Wow, you sure he isn't an actor?

  • That cop there was cool and guarantee you he is not on the street thumping people - he actually believes what he said or is a great actor- most cops i have seen beat people including their wives- i used to fuck this one cops wife all the time and tend to her wounds - she was afraid of the beatings and never left him--- but i still fuck her all the time - cuz cops suck in bed- at least that is what i hear..... lol lol lol lol small penises from roids and mental midget urethra/rectum- big asses.

  • @blazinhomo its true i have good experiences with cops you show them respect they show you respect its life they let me go everytime

  • this is a great police officer, not the the typical army hair cut, oakley wearing prick. What do officers think, if you act aggressive, the other person willl get aggressive. This cop made my day, set an example that all officers should follow, well done sir, I commend you.

  • Cops are good unless the person in that outfit is a dick. It's a job and most people don't really see this behavior because society always wants to argue or something of that matter. You have to show respect to get respect.

  • @blazinhomo : B.S.

  • thats a stand up guy right there

  • Watching this clip actually made me slightly happy (Something rare LOL!!!!!) He is right: We do live much better than third world nations. Just look around you. I kinda wanna make sure he get's paid enough money so he can keep that attitude going. I'm glad he's a police officer.

  • Wow, that guy is the Brown Shirt who has morals.

  • A man that respects what this country is / was & is quickly losing .

  • That is why he is a Sargent... Good officers should be promoted to influence the rest... Bad cops should be fired and or arrested themselves...

  • @blazinhomo common buddy stop bullshitting

  • the gayest country in the world?

  • In the past our local policeman were just as nice ...i wonder where this good old school went? We only have some old-timers in service sincerely serving...in a few years this officer or others like him if they maintain their love for America and their people who they are serving ; they are going to be punished together with us by appointed police state or they will louse their job. Remember the OathKeepers? Ron Paul Who? Constitution what?

  • Those two officers behind him are like "that aint how you do it you take your taser out and threaten them dont be nice damn man"

  • wow if u turn rp4409 it 6066 evil!!!

  • Yes, this was polite, effective, respected rights, and also preserved the peace and safegaurded the safety. The footage (sans music) should be in training videos.

  • in you're nazi checkpoint videos, there was a state policeman and he was also very polite and kind. And your guys were swearing and yelling at him and were totally rude. what's the difference?

  • @movezoo There is no difference. But to hear it from the police bashers, everything is different. Police are ppl too.

  • That is how all Police Officers should be. If all police acted that way would the even need guns?

  • There are bad apples in every sector of life of course but to judge a group of people with a blanket opinion is false. I have known some bad, bad police officers who were just as criminal as any gang member. But there are also lots of honorable police officers who take the job because they honestly want to be of service and help people. It usually depends if you are in a good or a corrupt jurisdiction. If the leadership is bad, the whole dept. is bad but if it's good, then it's good.

  • I swear to you....if I knew who that guy was, I would delegate him my congressman's job. He ALREADY knows more about the law in 20 seconds of speech than a Politician does........

THAT is a TRUE Peace Officer. Give him props, people!

  • I wonder how many times he had to say that to protect and serve?

    Good man.

  • I think you guys forgot to shake his hand and thank him for being an American.

  • He deserves a huge raise. For once I can say that my tax dollars are well spent.

  • i assume you think border gaurds are "pirates" too fuckn fuck

  • he is a different breed of officer. hes also more mature.

  • Hard to watch this video without smiling isn't that strange.

  • 99% of cops give the other 1% a bad name.

  • we have a few coments for the great u s... ha ha , a group of positive of the philosofers

  • Good officer story: I ran out of gas one day, and didn't have enough to get to a station, so I went to a convenience store, bought a gallon container and some petrol. I was close to traffic so I was in the back of my truck filling the tank by hanging over the side. A motorcycle cop pulled over to make sure I was safe, and stayed until my truck started. I had a good feeling about that officer, and that is why I always show respect to every officer. Even though most of them are punks. peace all.

  • @billybbob18 ahahhaha w0w u got me thinking here!!!

  • OHH shit i walked by u guys that day

  • This Peace Officer gentleman should be elected for President of the US.

  • @Topazman12 yh lolll

  • yeah that was a rare & appreciated encounter, i can tell you there are a lot of cops just as professional & polite i have seen many, but i was on vacation in canada when i saw them !!!

  • He is a Public Servant and he knows his job is to serve and protect. There are a lot of police officers who are good people and respectful of their position as public servants, who serve and protect.

They are not the problem and nice of you to give credence to the good guys!~

The bad coppers are the problem. Maybe if some of the good officers would take the bad ones out behind the barn and give them an arse whoopin' we would not be assaulted and hurt by LEO's.

  • @RP4409 your link is broken in the comment section

  • holy hell was that a REAL officer? sure didnt seem like it

  • If more cops were like him, I think there would be less anger in urban communities. The really sad part about all this is cops like him are often killed by other less honorable peace officers. I wish him well.

  • @emarine you know i really like your attitude, great comment!! i wish him well too.

  • There are a lot of great cops out there. Its always nice to see them on video like this. Thanks for sharing.

  • What a cool guy!

    : D

  • THE OTHER DAY I STOP AT A STOP LIGHT AND ASKED A COP FOR DIRECTIONS HE THOUGHT ABOUT THE ADDRESS FOR A MINUTE AND SAID FUCK IT FOLLOW ME..POLICE EXCORT TO MY FRIENDS WEDDING...WHAT A KOOLS AS COP

  • WOW :-O

    Thats was PRO.

  • everytime a police officer walks by, it smells like bacon for some odd reason. hmmm

tthere are the few good cops that reek or compassion and rightful justice though

  • future dare officer// no patrol for him.

  • @dodgedart74

funny thing, you may be right

  • Finally.. an officer doing his job for the PEOPLE!

  • haha see his rank this guy is good. thats how you get to the big spot were you can be like the rest of the pirates

  • wow that's very very very rear

  • That guy is really nice

  • im pretty sure theyve just heard about u guys enough, normal cops dont just go around with their introduction to tell u to f off basically is u live in america, the greatest country in the world, which is wat u guys keep telling the cops in these vids. Guess what, they can learn too

  • The only crime here is if you did not ask for his ID and badge number and immediately write a 2 page letter to the mayor, the chief of police and William Braton (the god of police) This SGT. should be immediately put in charge of crowd control training for LAPD. If cop-watchers pick this out at a Prime example of what to do, then the Police can improve their training.

  • fantastic police officing exactly what you want

  • @crazydog254 Well my "believe" (belief...) is that you are a brainwashed sheep who deserves to be the first one in line to the rape rooms. Not alot of time left to learn the truth. Your choice.

  • Ppl gettin tazed pepper sprayed ect. Usaly are doin sumthin wrong to get like that in the first place

  • @Weedy101xboxliveFun Yea that may be the case but there are more and more incidents of that cops doing it for almost no reason. They overreact sometimes and it's pretty bad. I understand they have a dangerous job but that doesn't mean taze the piss out of someone simply because you don't know them. Remember, innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

  • @Weedy101xboxliveFun Define "wrong" my sheepish friend...

  • @crazydog254 its my belief not "my believe"... you just made yourself look like an idiot

  • The truth is, this one articulate officer is more effective at maintaining the peace and “guarding the thin blue line” than 20 goons in riot gear. He distinguishes himself because he ‘protects and serves’ the public safety out of respect for the society in which he is a member, without the all too common airs cops put on thinking a badge gives one a set of rights superior to civilians.

  • @SlammoFandango Effin' Eh!!

  • @SlammoFandango Exactly. This fellow is upholding the law and doing his duty. When they do that, everything goes well. It's when they don't that innocent citizens get hurt.

  • @SlammoFandango This is the most TRUTHFUL statement I've found on the web regarding government and law enforcement. It really IS his demeanor that makes him so disarming and calming. I'm sure he had no trouble by treating the people with dignity and respect. If only more Americans would open their eyes to this fact.

  • The big difference is you can tell that cop is a genuine, nice guy that cares about people unlike a lot of them.

  • i wish all cops were like him :O

  • It's good to see you put the real peace officer on. We have a lot of good hearted people who work for the police but alot of them get a bad wrap because of the rules they enforce and all the power-tripping morons that they work with (GAB).

  • music is way to loud ruined it

  • its sad that its a rare sight to see a police officer like this man.

  • in real life he is mr. badasscop no 1.

  • he probably got fired for being nice.

  • so very rare

  • police officers like this make me love my country. :)

  • 4409, if you don't like the way things are going in these United States, i'm sure Mexico wouldn't getting a new addition! I know things in this country aren't great, but your local LEO's should be the LEAST of your worries!

  • cops like this are too good for the police force.....he will probably go on to law school.

  • thats the kinda cop i plan to be

  • @terayon Eventually you are going to have to kidnap many people. Will you try to persuade other officers to understand what is going on?

  • @blueprophet9 huh? what r u talking about?

  • @terayon You work for a corporation...they will pay you to kidnap and collect ransom/extortion money. It's the job. ALL cops are unjust under this simple fact.
