@Madeline1999 There isn't any lego in this film, but I got the figures in Hong Kong a long time ago, and I made the palm tree out of plasticine. The rest of the set is made of cloth and paper.

The toy figure's ponytails are made of separate pieces of plastic, so you can adjust them at any angle you want. All I had to do was move them to different positions and take a series of pictures to make the hair fly!

I bought them nearly 13 years ago in Hong Kong and they were on top of my wedding cake. You might be able to find some on Ebay, search Sailor Moon and Bandai (the toy company)

It's stop motion animation, you take a picture with a digital camera, move the figure slightly, take another picture, and so on.

Then you use a computer animation program to make them run together like a movie.
