  • i have some tips for you. 1. Get rid of the running shoes when lifting weights, i would rather recommend you do it in converse than in running shoes. 2. your shoulders should be over the bar while hanging (ofcourse having a straight and tight back) you stand to upright and can not create enough power, if you keep doing this it will become a habbit and will be hard if not impossible to get rid off, my advice is to get in touch with a real OLY coach.
