I went to this bar after this article looking for a proper bar. This is was exactly what I found the beer was excellent and the people friendly. They also have a pool table for 20p!!! and a very cheap jukebox. I would recommend this pub to anyone it was so much better than anyothers I have been to in either gateshead or Newcastle
