This is an amazing showcase of an awesome device. How can the rest of these people be so negative about such an innovative instrument. I want one. I have so much use for it. This is the future, now. Touch control sequencing, I'm glad i'm alive

It's not innovative, it's a rip off of the reactable. The reactable is the real innovative instrument, and way cooler too.

I may be reponding to a troll but how many multitouch tables have you seen and how many do you own? Have you built one? These guys built their own and wrote the software too and much to their credit took it out on the road performing. What have you done apart from dis their genius and determination. Reactable is an incredible invention/musical tool too but it in no way makes what these guys have achieved and their multitouch table less of an invention.

thanks EveryHorse! Before having an opinion, some research isn't too bad. The first loopArena (2005) used a touchscreen. then i met the c-base crew who built their table. the reactable is well-known, but: theyre using fiducials, we're using just fingers, they have their own sound engine, we were aiming to create a playful loop sequencer which can be used with no learning effort to play around. there's no competition and definitely no ripoff. its like accordion vs. piano. ;)

The technology is cool but the performance blows. Nothing beats talented people playing instruments even if they're electronic.
