when ur sweeping palm mute a lil and that will help a usefull trick i do is take a sock and wrap it around the 1st frets and that takes all the hum and ring and noise away and you can hear the notes better it helps alot try it

i started praticing sweeping with 5 string sweeps i can sweep down like lighting fast without mistakes but whne i go up its much harder

I agree with rararrar. I practiced sweeps slowly and with a metronome forever, I got increasingly frustrated , then one day I was just able to play them confidently. It's like the way fairly new guitarists press down on the strings to hard, then one day after some woodshedding they can hold a guitar comfortably and confidently without pressing to hard. Of course it takes practice though.

its not a dean its and epiphone gothic explorer with active EMGs.I has inlays on the upper side of the fretboard and i can see them as i look down while i play.

wow, awesome! what i don't like about the guitar is that it has no locking nuts, which makes the floyd rose unnecessary somehow. what i really love though is the neck; it's not a common gibson 60's neck (like on the '76 reissue) but a slightly faster neck. cool stuff though, i totally dig gibson explorer guitars!

i actually it is a fast neck really faster, faster than my jackson warrior but the high frets are really narrow and my finger doe perfectly fit like the other guitars i have anyway ,it has a crazy distortion and it doent have that lots of bass which i like more crunchy noise like pantera or megadeth and makes pich harmonics very very easy...
