Hi, would the owners consider a monthly lease on this? They could keep it on the market for sale as well, but this way they could at least make their payment while waiting to sell. And if so what would the monthly lease be? Thanks.

Nice House....that's why I am still purchasing lottery tickets here in Louisiana to get one of those in Fort Lauderdale....lol
