• @tvshowtonightzero why are you posting this advertisement on this very serious site? please stop

  • I am sorry for your loss. I want us to bring our troops home too, but we can't do that right now. Our troops still have their jobs to do. Don't say that I'm just a young girl, that's getting fooled, either. I have friends over there, my dad is over there. Instead of telling everyone about how their getting fooled, try sending packages to our troops. Support our troops, stop sending out crap like this. Every serviceman I know would say that their job is not yet over.

  • @CaliBrat1990 You are most definitely fooled, along with your friends and father. I'm sorry you deny undeniable proven and demonstrable facts that the war is bullshit and that we are only their for imperialism and oil. The reasons for starting this war have been proven over and over that they were false and you have a hard time accepting that, it's okay, one day you will understand...one day.

  • Your a fantastic honest women - but so sad what you had to suffer - May God bless and keep you always .

  • I sympatize with the mothers loss of her son. However, I do not agree with cutting the funding of the troops. This would be like eliminated the city police force budget because someone died in the line of duty.

However, she makes a strong point regarding Ari Fliesher, former Freedoms Watch founder and Bush appointee.

Now that the election is over, its time to start the investigation process of these groups and their access and influence to the Bush Whitehouse.

    Think Nuremberg trials...

  • brainwashed bitch! "funding the war means killing the troops" No funding the war means fighting for your freedom so that you can take a shit in peace with out a gun pointed at you like these people in iraq. noing you liberals are ungrateful for what you have!

  • I hope you feel better soon, carrying so much hatred takes a heavy toll on the soul.

  • This war isn't about fighting for freedom or a democratic republic. It's all about corporate profit from our military establishments such as Black-Water, KBR, and all of the hundreds of weapons producers across America. Every time another innocent Iraq is killed one more so called terroist is born out of revenge for the fallen. Trust me when we fight we only add to the cause of those anarchist organizations who abosolutely love how Bush handled this situation. Irag didn't attack us or want to.

  • @hogsonquads Go fuck yourself retard! You're the one who is brainwashed. More than 4,000 US soldiers have died in Iraq because of lies told by the government. How the fuck can you condone this?! The troops are risking their lives for an illegal, fraudulent war. REALL patriots want the troops to be brought home so they can be safe and sound and with their families. Assholes like you want the troops to keep dying for NOTHING!

  • @hogsonquads @hogsonquads Go fuck yourself retard! You're the one who is brainwashed. More than 4,000 US soldiers have died in Iraq because of lies told by the government. • @hogsonquads You commited a logical fallacy known as an Ad Hominem, where you verbally attacked Peace Voice for speaking out against war. I am against war and I support gay marriage. You need to get your redneck stuff out of your life because it is feeding your violent obsessions. YOu hate the Earth because you are agaisnt "tree huggers". You are an EARTH HATER and USA FANATIC!

  • @hogsonquads It is you who are brainwashed, because you are an EARTH HATER and WAR JUNKIE! I am against war because people get killed, including women and children civilians! George's War in Iraq was illegal and indecent! War is indecent, illogical, ugly, horror, gory, etc. Why are you so fascinated with war and violence, yet yoru ilk throws royal hissy tempers against innocent concential things like gay marriage, huh? Why do you hate the Earth so much as to be against "tree huggers"?!

  • OPERATION:GetBackHome

If This Dont Get ya... nothing will.

  • people are not being fool any more ma'am...but till congress gives a dam, nothing will change, they are all a bunch of corporate sell outs...

  • ^^This was nice. I want my family and all dear to me come home so much! I also wish that for the other countries. I'll pray for everyone! Just hold your head up! <33

  • Occupying a Muslim country legitimizes the rhetoric of the Islamic extremists, is a boon to al Qaeda recruitment, and makes our country more likely to be attacked.

I'm voting for Ron Paul. I like his libertarian ideas in general, but those views seem particularly relevant when they lead us toward trade and friendship with other countries but no imperialistic wars for... what reason are they offering this week? Are we up to OIL and NO-BID DEFENSE CONTRACTS yet?

  • I am very sorry for your loss. Thank you for speaking out and expressing your feelings. I think there has been far too much propaganda that has brainwashed us into thinking that speaking out against an unconstitutional and ill-advised pre-emptive war of aggression is somehow not supporting the troops. Not supporting the troops is putting them into a no-win scenario, in the crossfire of a civil war.

  • More people are going to die by Turkish invasion of Iraq, We have to stop this madness. Our American sympathy is to the Kurdish aspirations for peace and also Iraqi community wherever they are, Turkey is getting the help from the ill-informed US politicians, governments of Iran, Syria, Russia and Israeli through bullying, bagging, killing, bribing, buying, black mailing and demanding.May God keep our troops safe from backstabbing politicians.Boycott Turkey for Peace.

  • We need to bring our soldiers home to their families and their country. Losing one soldier is one too many.

Our sons/daughters, husbands/wives, uncles/aunts, brothers, sisters, friends - they need to come back - NOW!

By the way, Kellen - the NATIONal Guard is for our NATION's defense - not to fight an unjustified war across the ocean in Iraq.

Ron Paul WILL bring them home. Vote! Ron Paul for President 2008!

  • You must have never suffered a terrible, unnecessary loss to assume that we should be "happy" about the death of a wonderful, bright father and husband. or else you are very young.

  • I agree I have never lost anyone young and close to me but you should be proud he that he was an American and he want to fight for his country! We are sorry for your loss but thankful he was willing to give his life to the rest of us. Again I ask would you rather have the war be fought there or here killing more Americans?

  • Kellen82 If you know what is suffering you would not speak in such an ill manner to mother of hero, yes it was his choice, did he know all the facts, if so, would have not made any difference, he would serve this nation no matter what, war is not an answerer to peace, never was. We should protect the peace you are right.

  • What Murtha said is that the surge has succeeded in reducing violence within the environs of Baghdad itself, but also displaced it into the surrounding provinces without actually reducing it. The level of violence against Iraqis has not abated, and the Iraqi puppet government is no closer to federation and unity than before the surge. You are still grasping at straws, like the diehard supporters of the failed Bush policies.

  • You are grasping at straws. If you had taken the time to read my comments on those videos before running your mouth, you would have found me unreservedly anti-Fascist and anti-Nazi. I hope you eventually recover from your tragic affliction of cranial-rectal insertion.

  • Your choice of words speaks volumes about your mind-set. That flaming liberal Thomas Jefferson, of whom you may have heard, once said that "Dissent is the highest form of Patriotism." The part that you just don't get is that rabid militarism is less a solution than it is an excuse for continued gratuitous violence, so that phony heroes like Bush can talk tough while putting the lives of other people's children on the line.

  • OK -- we lost, you fucking traitor. :D

  • Your response more than adequately demonstrates my point. Thanks for your cooperation and assistance.

  • I do not recall that the Bush Administration was immediately preceded by the Carter Administration. Bush has in every sense betrayed the conservative legacy of Ronald Reagan and even Barry Goldwater by erecting vast new government bureaucracies and uncontrolled deficit spending, and by selling us out to the multinational corporations,

  • The fact that Americans are concerned about mortgage payments and the price of gasoline only reflects the incompetency of this tax-rebate-and-spend Administration in domestic matters as well as in foreign policy.

  • This is the self-serving duplicity of the NeoCon argument in its essence -- if you tell the same lie often enough and loudly enough and aggressively enough, then obviously it must eventually become the truth. The whole world is watching -- Blair and Howard are gone, and Musharaff is tottering towards oblivion. IN 414 days, Bush will be gone, too.

  • The idea that "now that we're there" in some fashion necessitates staying there is fallacious. The US cannot "win" what is essentially now an Iraqi civil war -- let the Iraqis themselves determine their future. They DO live there, after all...

  • "we create more Nazis" -- we created YOU, didn't we? All this macho posturing is not only existentially absurd, it is also sublimely dangerous. We can already see that your proposed solution does not work. What we need is radical rethinking of the problem, not more of the same.

  • I guess i really hit the nail on the head when I identified you as a REMF, didn't I? This certainly isn't MY war -- I opposed it from the beginning, and I voted against Bush. It is YOUR war, sir, and it is an absolute, unmitigated, world-class DISASTER. The sooner we get our people out of there, the better off our country and the cause of world peace will be. We aren't fighting terrorism in Iraq -- we are PRODUCING it.

  • You are WAY out of line. Evidently the USMC failed to complete the process of making you a man, which is why you feel free to insult and abuse American citizens who are exercizing the Constitutional rights which better men than you gave their lives to secure for their posterity. I opposed this war from the beginning because, even to me, it was obviously an incredible SNAFU. You must be what my father, uncle, and grandfather, all of whom fought for this country, would call a REMF.

  • "To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt

  • You seem to be saying that since good people were gullible enough to believe the Administration's lies, they, not Bush, are responsible for the debacle? Excuse me, but this sounds a lot like blaming a rape victim for causing the rape. I have nowhere seen or heard you admit Bush's culpability.

  • "You can't handle the truth" is a line uttered by the psycho Marine commander played by Jack Nicholson in A FEW GOOD MEN. In this context, is this an example of unconscious irony, or what?

  • I apologize for having pointed out that the Emperor has no clothes. I must be a very bad person. Your point seems to be that you don't like my point. Try responding to one of them, instead of resorting to the usual cryptofascist tactic of trying to shout down the opposition. People are dying because you clowns won't admit that you screwed up.

  • You guys involved us in a war you had no idea how to go about winning, prosecuted it with a total lack of regard for the realities on the ground, screwed up all of our opportunities to exit gracefully, and now you're mad because people are asking what the hell you think you are doing. Stop believing your own propaganda -- the war is over. You lost.

  • Ah a fucking arm chair commander and chief. You sound just like the demoterds and Senator Dingy Harry Reid. The war is lost... get yer head out of yer ass! Tell us commander how do we win? Ok boys raise the white flag. The war is over!!!!!!

  • The last Marine I found worth listening to was John Murtha. All you seem able to do is to villify our system of government, with its checks and balances and popular representation, and denigrate our elected representatives -- you at the very least lack class, and at the very worst typify the type of mindless, irresponsible perfidy that got us into this mess.

  • Explain to me how the US can lose an Iraqi civil war, please. Wouldn't you feel more comfortable wearing a red armband with a swastika and beating up civilians, rather than trying to reason with them? That is where your mindset eventually leads.

  • The Administration pretty clearly slanted the intelligence information about Iraq and suppressed dissenting opinions in the CIA and elsewhere in order to justify the US invasion. The German people made the mistake of believing Hitler when he led them into WWII; the American people made the same mistake with Bush.

  • Exactly how are you able to foresee the future with such unerring accuracy? I think your opinions are essentially cant and jingo lifted directly from Fox News, not reasoned conclusions based on any actual valid iformation. Getting our people out of Iraq is not "cutting and running," it is a sound decision based upon the clearly obvious fact that the whole fiasco was a monumental mistake.

  • The obvious question is this: how the heck do YOU know what will happen in the future? Did someone on the Fox News Network tell you what your opinion should be? Why is pulling our people out of an untenable situation "cutting and running"? What have been the positive benefits to the United States of its involvement in Iraq?

  • All she seems to say is she wants this country to surrender, and all us troops have done means nothing her.

  • What she wants is for this country to admit it made a huge mistake and to get our people out of there before any more of them die for nothing. Stopping an unnecessary bloodletting in not "surrender" -- and there would have been no war in the first place but for the lies and deceptions perpetrated by the Bush Administration and the NeoCons.

  • im so sorry about ur loss. he will always be rememberd as a hero who showed great courage for his country

  • To the young man that has joined the Marines.. Do your duty to your country and honor the Marine Corps. Why is it that some people think they are smarter than others? Leave the young man that has joined the Marines alone. I am sorry for your loss, but must disagree with your thought patterns. I lost my oldest son in Iraq last year, I know the pain and suffering of war. SSgt C.Baker USAF (Ret)

  • The war reflects no discredit on the troops who have served with honor, but the unnecessary loss of life in an unnecessary foreign adventure does not validate the war itself -- nor will further bloodshed make an ignoble cause any less dispiacble. Iraq was a mistake -- admit it, and bring the troops home NOW.

  • The troops will come home when the job is done or when a coward waves the white flag. My son died with honor fighting for his Country and your rights to freedom. Don't understand how I can say this and not hate the president like Sheehan. I am retired from the Armed forces and understand the ultimate price of freedom is paid in the blood of fellow patriots.

  • Stop glorifying yourself. Supply sergeant in a CONUS depot stateside isn't exactly the most dangerous or heroic post to occupy while "understanding the ultimate price of freedom". Like so many military fathers, you were undoubtedly like THE GREAT SANTINI to your children, cold and abusive, so that they couldn't wait to get away from home.

  • You should not be so hard on yourself you fucking idiot. Thanks for the email jerk off. If you would not huff cleaning agents your brain may come back to life.

  • Lifer!

  • sad truth ---- terrorist attacked us----sad fact Iraq supported terrorist .. sad but true

  • I am astonished that, even now, there are still people who buy into the NeoCon duplicity that Iraq was somehow involved in 9/11. To date, 4142 Coalition soldiers have paid with their lives and a further 37,659 have been wounded for the sake of this flawed political chimera. Partisan agendas aside, has the result been worth the price we have paid in blood and treasure? Bring the troops home NOW!

  • if the troops come home now we will be bringing home terroist with them . will you fight then?

or will you scream .....HOW DID THIS HAPPEN THE ARMY FAILED!!! They are doing their job! Do yours and respect what they have done. ohh btw turn off your tv and listen to the troops!

  • Perhaps if you relied on something besides Fox News for your information you would actually know something. Thus far, about 128 of the troops have spoken of their desire to remain in Iraq by commmitting suicide. Terrorism does not reside in Iraq -- it lives on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C. As I recall, someone declared "Mission Accomplished" 4 years ago -- why are the troops still there?

  • the "mission" was to remove sadman insane --- oh and bush never ever said mission accomplished.. that was on a sign put up by the ship--- but don't let facts get in your way

  • You evidently neglected to listen to the speech that bogus heroic Bush made on the deck of that aircraft carrier where that sign was displayed, or you wouldn't be making ridiculous assertions like that.

  • did i say Iraq was involved in 911--- NO you hear voices in your head ?? I said Iraq supported terrorist ... thank you

  • You implied a connection, in much the same way that the Administration explicitly implied a connection in order to justify this stupid and wasteful military intervention. Either way, you are still wrong.

  • Sad fact -- Iraq under Saddam was a secular regime which ruthlessly suppressed Islamic Fundamentalist terrorists and had no common interests with thm. Sad fact -- the US supports the terrorists of the Moslem Brotherhood who oppose the regime in Iran, as well as the anti-democratic regime of Musharaff in Pakistan. Sad fact -- the Bush Administration has squandered all the moral capital America amassed in the 50+ years of the Cold War by its unilateralist foreign policy.

  • Thank you for this video. The Iraq war is a betrayal of the honorable people in the military. Bush and Cheney are criminals.

  • Actually, I think she was to blame too. Now can we move on to who wanted the war, who executed the war, who has continued 'surging' the war? Is Bush to blame in any way or did the Clintons make him do it? Your comment shows your contorted logic. You are not up to any kind of intelligent debate.

  • clinton didnt make him do it but she was for encourged it much so she is just a going for favortisem she supported bush up until his favoritism started to dropt hen she went against with him i bet if he approveal rigthing shot up she would go with it she has no reall standard she jsut goes with whats popular

  • So why was Libby convicted?

Go fix your website, Hughster, before anybody else gets a look at it.

  • Valerie Plame for starters.

  • Smarter people knew it would never be a cakewalk. All those promises of being received with flowers and candy came from Bush people. Those who remained skeptical were silenced and accused of being cowardly, and their patriotism was called into question. Some who tried to expose this had their careers destroyed. Remember??

  • I don't care about your business but you ought to check out your own youtube link. Maybe you've forgotten what was on it.

  • Right on again!!!

  • Right on on all four points!!!

  • Please google:

"Bush knew Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction."

    URL:...

The above article is devastating for the war criminals Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Rice.

(I assume URLS are not permitted here as I can't get any posting going with an URL on it.)

  • "Freedom is not free "

I certainly paid for it, what did it cost you? From the looks of the gay paraphernalia on your you tube profile ...it doesn't look like you've been too preoccupied with 'freedom not being free'

  • Hughster, don't patronize us that hero crap. Her brother and my son died because Bush fed us all lies and because people like YOU allowed it to happen.

  • hughster, sweetie pie, in the days after 9/11 we would have all followed Bush off the cliff and we did.

  • No, my reality became distorted the day I found out my baby brother was killed by an IED for Bush's lies. Make no mistake about that.

  • First of all, Bush created an elaborate lie and then he called anyone who questioned it unpatriotic. I hope to see Bush tried in an international court of law at some point, my friend, as the war criminal that he is.

  • Right, but a whole lot of liberal democrats have died fighting it. Your comments had no place here. We don't need to hear the "but Bush wasn't the only one" garbage that the GOP likes to shove down our throats. HE STARTED THIS WAR. End of story.

  • Well, then I am quite sure that you will want to sign up and spill your own blood over in Bush's war for oil. Why aren't you there?

  • because last i checked a 17 year old kid cant join the armed forces

  • Kewlboy you need to finish your homework and get to bed.

Bet you're the type that avoids the service next year when your of age.

  • hmm you think because im 17 that im immature i have shown i know more about whats going on in the world and acauly im not avoiding the service im already in basic training for the marines you seem to keep spewing things that you know nothing about

  • You poor kid...you know absolutely nothing about what's going on in the world but you will be learning it the hard way sooner than you think. You are a mere child caught in a web of deceit created by those who should have protected and valued the sacrifice you are offering to make.

  • as you say again you make assumptions about stuff you know nothign about you dont know what i know and dont i am fully aware of the world you need to learn about something before you talk about it about 80% of your posts have been wrong information

  • "you need to learn about something before you talk about it about 80% of your posts have been wrong information"

I have lived a long life and travelled and lived in many countries in the world and rarely have I encountered such stubborn and pervasive ignorance. Kewlboy, I realize you're young and from your grammar, punctuation, and logic that you are profoundly ignorant. Let's stop beating this dead horse. Your outrageous and ignorant remarks go beyond the pale even for someone so ignorant.

  • im ignorant you didnt try saying that you are so "wise" before i said i was 17 look at the posts from before you knew my age and must i go through what you have said that is wrong i will like you said iraq had one of the worlds largest oil deposits which was wrong and also that iraq had no chemical weapons which it did it jsut did not have weapons of mass destruction and hillary clinton was against the war from the start should i go on?

  • Iraq has the third largest reserves of conventional oil in the world at 112 gigabarrels. Official US government investigations also revealed that the only chemical weapons left in Iraq at the time of the US invasion were those remaining from the First Gulf War in 1991. Your statements demonstrated what H.L. Menckhen meant when he said, "No one has ever gone broke by underestimating the intelligence of the American people."

  • The US-Iraq(people)war will go on and on, till the pseudo-Iraqi government signs the oil-law into force, which will give the US oil companies up to 75% of the Iraqi oil revenues for 33 years.

Thereafter, the US military will be needed to protect the flow of (ever since the invasion) stolen Iraqi oil into the pockets of US oil companies, an idea some "evil" Iraqi "terrorists" may not love.

    Therefore, ...

  • "...,Saddam himself gave money to the familys of palestine suicide bombers..."

You may lough, but THAT was the reason why the Israel-Firsters Wolfowitz and Perle stuck the Irak war down the greedy throat of a) the oil lobby and b) into the ignorant/naive brains of Americans.

At the same moment Saddam Hussein was removed from power the Israel Firsters and Israel had won the Iraq war.

Amis, you got fooled by a so-called 'religious minority', which controls you politically completely!

  • where do you get your info kb567?

  • one books two all over the internet i know alot about the U.N the government iraq war afgan war and so on

  • kewlboy

I think you should stop reading altogether. You obviously have reading comprehension problems. Maybe it's those big words.Go back to watching your tabloid TV: Fox. They're fair and balanced and they won't confuse you. That way you won't have to think of your complicity as a citizen in having rained death on at least a million civilians in Iraq.

  • about 200,000 innocent iraqi civilians are dead not a million and that was a sad attempt to make me look bad it had no logic what so ever just a empty insult i thought better then you you pretty much insulted me becasue you dindt like me there was no reason just to insult me saying i read and i know things

  • Proposal for name change:

from USA to MOC (Multinational Oil Corporation)

  • as i said your accuasations of ail being taken out of iraq are not true there is no proof or has never been from and your attemps to make it seems like it is are getting worse by the post

  • You don't have to believe me. Who am I? But believe Alan Greenspan! Do you think it was easy for such an important, world wide known and respected public figure as he is, to write what he did, and for the whole world to read?

  • Iraqi oil production now is roughly HALF of what it was under Saddam, and the most recent estimates are that about $6 billion worth of oil is smuggled out of Iraq each year with the connivance of corrupt Iraqi government officials. The US government and its unilateralist foreign policy have alienated practically every member of OPEC, and we are paying for that stupidity at the gas pump.

  • Regarding the validity of what you know, could we possible get a second opinion on that? LOL

  • The documents used to show Saddam tried to buy yellowcake were acknowledged to be a forgery, even by the U.S. govt.

Kerry voted for authorization with conditions like the rest. GW failed to meet them.

The B.S. about voting for the war before voting against it is a joke for those ignorant about how politics works.

GW threw the inspectors out. Not Saddam. They were there until GW forced them to leave so he could start his war. This is history. Fact. Not Fox.

  • the inspectors that saddam woudl not let in were U.N inspector bus does not have the power to throw them out only the U.N does

  • Hugster41.. Hillary and Kerry DID NOT see the same intel. as GW. Almost no one does. They saw what the W.H. wanted them to see. GW was given CONDITIONAL author. to wage war. He reneged on them.

There was much intel against the existence of WMD. It was ignored. Look it up.

Forged documents were the basis of the yellowcake claim. And they were used to sell the war.

Look up the "White House Iraq Group". What LEGITIMATE purpose did it have?

You, sir, are uninformed and silly.

  • Thank you for your son's service. We must find a way to solve this by bringing everyone together. Too many are dying. Violence only begets violence. Only peace endures. Hurtful electronic dialogue solves nothing. We must find a way to work toward a real solution. Certainly those who have sent caustic emails do not wish any more pain to the Mother of a slain soldier just as she wishes them none. Peace.

  • Yes, And it's corrupt Democrats like Nancy Pelosi who is against impeaching Bush, and likes the corrupt Democrat congressman Jefferson. Remember people, vote for people who will bring back accountability, Denis Kucinich.

  • first off do you really think your son would want all those troops home most troops there do not want to be home they want to leave when the job is done and also highly deadly chemical agents were found in iraq

  • Most troops want to protect other troops. They want to leave when the job is done, but they are unaware they have been assigned an impossible job in the first place. That is Boosh's crime.

Also, it is a lie that "highly deadly" chem. agents were found. Old, pre-1998 shells and small amounts of deteriorated chemical residue were found. That is all. The last of S.H's., WMDs were destroyed by '98. Ari Fleischer and his new PR company are professional liars. That is their job.

  • acauly chemical weapons were there that were recently made but it was not put on the news because the world knew about them havent you ever heard of the first gulf war? it was started because saddam hussain musterd gases a village of kurds

  • kewlboy567

You've really got to stop watching Fox News. There were NO chemical weapons...and the world knew this. The first gulf war was started because Saddam invaded Iraq. You don't remember. At least that was the excuse.

  • someone lives under a rock i can provide pictures of that village of dead kurds he used these chemical agents on his on people the kurds because his dictatorship was racist towards them

  • Kewlboy

Or was it because we want to 'support the troops' (Let them die in Iraq but at least we supported them, right?) You people make me sick. Years from now you'll be saying, 'But we didn't know!'

  • you awtch to much news you only know about what is put on t.v. the U.N. also said saddam was a threat and the U.N invaded iraq with us and oh yes we wil be saying we didnt know? when infact i do know and so do other its what you dont know you think that this ar is horrible because of what people die?

  • Saddam gassed the Kurds in the '80's dumbass. Gulf War I was started because he invaded Kuwait. Geeeez. Why don't you go play on the disney site?

  • i told you all thsoe things i said he gassed the kurds and said the 1st gulf war was started because he invaded kuwait which was where he also used nerve gas

  • I guess you also believe that story about Iraqi soldiers throwing Kuwaiti babies out of their incubators. There is no evidence that he used nerve gas in Kuwait. We, on the other hand, used depleted uranium in GW I. Like we do now in Iraq.

  • kewlboy

This country went to war with the IQ that it had. The most powerful, wealthy, and profoundly ignorant country was easily conned into making war on a small country sitting on top of one of the largest oil deposits in the world.

  • wow if you believe that it the reason that we went to war then your right about one thing the ignorence in this country because 1st off iraqs oil econmy was very small and has been and isnt even close to the largest deposits secondly we get most of out oil from texas and from suadi arabia also if we were getting oil why are gas prices sky high?

  • also if we got oil from there why would we declare war? it wouldnt make it cheaper its like saying lets go to war with china it will make everything we buy cheaper and even if we were getting oil from iraq it would all be useless because of the amounts of gas it takes to run the vheicles there its common sense

  • kewlboy567,

I know you won't belive it: The invasion Afganistan was 'doctored' to build a pipeline trough it, that of Iraq, to get the Iraqi oil (ok, the Israel Firsters wanted to get rid of Saddam).

Only recently 2 US companies got the pipeline contract.

And yes, future oil to India, China and Japan starting from the Indian Ocean is cheaper (for billion, trillion of dollars)than from the Mediterrenean.

  • wow if we were getting oil out of iraq or afaganistan the world would know you act like america threw a cover over iraq and afganistan so no one can see NATO is there and the U.N watches our every move no oil has gotten out of etheir country its called LOGIC use it not conspiracy theories if we wanted oil we would have invaded Suadi Arabia they have way more and we didnt even buy oil from iraq

  • Iraqi Government: "A lot of Iraqi oil is unaccounted for." Guess why! The Iraqi oil ministry is controlled by the USA.

Saudi oil production is at its peak. Furthermore, it is assumed/known among oil professionals banks that Iraq may have bigger oil reserves than Saudi Arabia.

No, the USA didn't buy oil from Iraq. But Iraq refused oil developing contracts with the USA and UK. That hurt. And Saddam threatened to change Dollars for Euros. That hurt even more.

  • it couldnt hurt us if we didnt get any from iraq most of our oil comes from texas and suadi arabia also the unaccounted oil is because of the oil feild burnings and if we were getting so much oil from there why are gas prices sky high?

  • There is no oil well burning in Iraq now. However, a lot of oil is unaccounted for. One reason for this I already mentioned, the other is the pipeline to no-where, or specifically to some-where where the USA wants it to go, probably to friendly-quiet Kuwait.

The gas prices are skyhigh because we are for some time already in the peak-oil period with not much oil output to increase in Saudi Arabia; the rest doesnot count. And the USA is stockpiling for the coming winter months.

  • the oil is missing fromt he oil field burnings and that was just retarded the winter has nothing to do with oil it pumps the same summer fall spring and winter and as i said before the U.N woud,l ahve found out if we were sneaking oil out they watch our every single move you no nothing about oil or how it is moved or how the operation is working

  • It may pump the same "summer fall spring and winter", but the oil price doesn't depend on pumping; it depends on how much oil is wanted and sold on the market.

The UN is nowadays not watching anything; it is officially not in Iraq. And while it was/will be, it never did/can take a look into the secret dalings of the US in Iraq. Not even the Iraqi government knows what exactly the US is doing there. The US in Iraq is a state in a state.

  • yes they are all U.S troops are Stationed with a NATO unit which ultimatley ties into the U.N also oil prices do not change during the seasons

  • Read "UN Role in Iraq"!

  • "Dilemma for UN in Expanding Iraq Presence?" (June 12, 2007)

In his quarterly report to the Security Council, UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon explores ways the UN could expand its role in Iraq. The UN has had a minimal presence in Iraq since the 2003 bombing of UN headquarters in Baghdad. Critics warn that an increased UN presence would identify the organization with the US occupation, as the UN depends on Coalition forces for its security. (IraqSlogger)

  • wow they meant by u.n presesnce by officals there but nato and coaliliton troops are there strong no oil has been taken out of that country were there for oil was one of the bad exuses we were there it had no baseis and still none

  • "I'm saddened that it is politically inconvenient to acknowledge what everyone knows: The Iraq war is largely about oil." -- Alan Greenspan

  • NATO does not have a formal presence in Iraq. The so-called Coalition of the Willing basically includes the USA, Great Britain, the United Kingdom, and England. ;)

I'm glad you made it over to this website. We don't delete 'inconvenient' comments that confront your braindead reality in this site. Here we try to discuss indisputable facts. Don't come here with your propaganda expecting not to be challenge on it. It's about life and death. Think about it.

  • oh yes everything i have said is propaganda like the war crimes saddam hussain did (showen in my earlier post) and i can show you proof of his prisoners being beat and as showen in my other post he had recent deadly chemical agents...

  • kewlboy567

Saddam was such a good friend of ours that we gave him a lot of money so that he could conduct his war against Iran. Remember? Haven't you ever seen the picture of the grinning Rumsfeld shaking hands with your war criminal, Saddam.

  • that was before his war crimes that was in the 70s when we saw not much wrong with shortly after that in the 80s was when he started useing chemical agents on ghe kurdish and then in the 90s the gulf war when he invaded kuwait and used mustard gas on them

  • We all know about the Kurds. I saw the pictures many years ago. So you're going to tell me we made war on Iraq on 2003 because Saddam gassed the Kurds in the 80's? I thought we were looking for WMDs...or ahh was it because we were spreading freedom, or was it 'cause we were fightin' 'em them so we don't have to fight'em here?

  • people die in car accidents every day but you dont see people saying stop makeing cars people die and infact the U.N also said it was higly likely that saddam hussian had WMD which is why they invaded with us...

  • They invaded with us because we have all the power in the U.N. And, they fell for the massaged intel we crammed down their throats, despite everything the inspectors were saying.

Also, the great snake oil show put on by Colin Powell had EVERYONE fooled. Even me. But every single thing he said in his U.N. speech was a lie. Even he admits it now. Where do you think those lies came from? Not Powell.

  • kewlboy... I can show you proof that WE beat prisoners. I can show you proof that WE used deadly chemical agents in this war, as well as previous ones. You cannot show proof of recent deadly chem. weapons. They were old and useless and you are a deluded liar.

The Kurds were a political enemy that was rebelling. Saddam killed them. GW would have you killed in a heartbeat for sedition.

Sadam was no worse than dozens of other dictators. He was OUR Frankenstein.

  • ok show me proof that we used chemical weapons in this war and if we did why isnt the U.N all over us you see france, germany and other countries of that sort are watching our every move if we used chemical weapons they would be all over us and napalm is not calssified asa chemical weapon by the U.N war laws...

  • We used white phosphorous. There is lots of evidence of this. Google it.

  • that is a type of smoke bomb that will just make it harder to breath soldiers have smaller verzions of it on there vests it is not classified as a chemical agent by the U.N

  • White phosphorus (known to US troops since Vietnam as "Willie Peter") is one of the most horrendous anti-personal weapons ever invented, and most US AFV are equipped with it. It is not, as you facetitiously imply, a "smoke bomb". It adheres to the skin and cannot be extinguished.

  • White Phosphouus burns to and through the bone not on the skin surface. The USAF AFB is a Alternative Fuel Vehicle and they are unarmed. Maybe you were thinking of UAV. WP is also used in motor rounds.

  • AFV = armored fighting vehicle (NATO standard designation)

  • Kewlboy

You are holding on to a canard that this administration passed on to you about 'highly deadly chemical agents found in Iraq'. Read up on it. It's the same lie as claiming that Valerie Plame was not a spy after treasonously exposing her in an attempt to cover up their little racket to get into Iraq.

  • My most sincere sympathies. I hope I never go through what you're having to cope with.

  • thank you- it is our hope that by speaking out, we can save others from this sorrow

  • the truthest thing I've ever read on this wimpy U tube bullshit. Listen to this mother carefully. Reject Bush, Repugnant lies finally after being swindled out of your country are you ready to rumble? or just blow little flag decal smoke??? Up to you peckerwoods

Cheney did not change his mind about Iraq since this video, and that is part of what needs to be understood, to now put in context, the horrific, and with prior knowledge of this information as shown in this video, his conspiring with George Bush, in spite of knowing as per the video, to still, preemptively invade Iraq.

He/they, did not back then continue to Baghdad and so on, because, they did not have the legal right, nor the power to push it, at that time!

  • I disagree with your plea to abandon the war, but I respect the heart felt feelings behind it. This war should have been handled as constitutionally prescribed and not born of the misplaced desire to validate the potency of the UN resolutions.

  • I would support a mandate that a motion for continuation, as per the constitution, be put before congress. IF that did not pass, then we should bring the troops home. While I feel the war is the right thing, we have not followed the constitution. This makes the war an unconstitutional excerise.

  • I'm sorry for your loss, but Saddam Hussein violated the gulf war ceasefire agreement 13 times! On the first time we could have gone in there and taken him out of power. We should be in there and have every right to be in there.

  • I hate to say it, but I think everything that is happening in Iraq right now is following a carefully scripted plan. The plans aim seems to be achieving its goals of continued provocation of the Arab world to rise up against the West in a war they cant win and the clever way the Middle East has been kept in turmoil for the last 50 years or so the cycle of violence ensures repeating. You guys voted them in....

  • 'But wouldn't bombing terror suspects in the no fly zone create more terrorist?'

Of course not! Saddam did not tolerate dissent and chaos in his country. He was a devil but he was OUR devil. That's why removing him opened up a Pandora's box of never-ending war and death.

  • My regards to Celeste.

  • Inspiring video I am only grateful that my son wasn't killed or injured, other than coming back with PTSD....as they all are. We have created an Army of murderers, whose consciences will hurt them the rest of their lives OR who will deaden the pain with alcohol and drugs. We are killing our own children twice over: they'll just take longer to die than the ones we allowed to be exploded.

  • Thank you Celeste for sharing your grief for the lose of your beautiful son. I have made a donation in the honor of your son. I found out about your video from my sister, Sarah Fuhro.

My heart goes out to you,

  • Yes, they are the same services. Except this time, there is no deliberate attempt to cherry pick or cook the intelligence; nor is there an office of "special plans" coordinating the effort to "sell" the war; nor are there any forged or uncredible documents offered up by an administration willing to outsource its intelligence verification responsibilities to Italy and Britain.

So your question merely makes you look like the silly, uninformed moral leper you are.

  • Let's impeach the president for spying
