@MikeHDVideos point or not I don't like the fact you have to make an appt They never have products during their launches and their stores don't carry stuff. I have to go to Best Buy, Wal Mart etc.... Just to upgrade my IPad to an IPad 2, I have had over 4 IPods that have had battery issues and just recently purchased the IPhone 4s. I am having trouble with ICloud and ITunes Match syncing PC,IPad 2 and IPhone 4s with Siri not working with my Bluetooth in my car. 2 IPhone 4's recently exploded.
I just went to apple store yesterday for an iPhone problem. They verified the problem and gave me a brand new iPhone at no cost and no questions asked
@Jimnt406, They also "verified" my iPod had a problem and offered to replace it. But the only problem is that the "Genius" did not know the product. The display was not malfunctioning. It got in that mode because I inadvertently did a 3 finger double tap. All it needed was to do the 3 finger double tap again. I asked many questions about the iPod Touch at the Apple Store before I got it. I found out that many of the answers I got were wrong once I had it home.

@devin65608, Yes, the genius at Apple's Genius bar did not know all he had to do was to unzoom it. Instead he offered to replace my iPod Touch.
