@stand1ng1ntheshadows Was it that long ago? I feel old. Surprisingly I never saw this variation of the effect, and i definitely saw Tornado of Fire. I'll have to dive back in the material and see if the creator of the effect said anything about this variation. I only ever saw things rise, not set.
