I absolutely agree with you,i think education in family planning and contraception would definately be a start,and alot of support like the free distribution family planning kits would help. Alot of people in the third world have so much time on their hands due to lack of jobs,there by turning to sex,sex,and more sex so we shouldn't be so judgemental at times coz we would probably be in the same boat if we were that redundant.Stay blessed.
