Is this good for the body? I mean, doesnt joints and spines take a lot of stress? are many retired gymastics ravaged with injuries? It doesnt look very healthy.

@born2act135 Hi Rachel, Thank you! She will compete level 6 for the very first time this fall. For now they have her focused on TOPs and training with the optionals.

@funfest24 Thank you! Actually she made the 2009 TOPs Diamond team last year. She just tested a few weeks ago for the first time this year. :)

Great Job!!! She looks awesome!! Thanks for making the vertical jump in slow motion. I showed it Liv and she was in awe!!! Of course she had go and try to do it just like her. lol!!

@OliviasClub Thank you so much! :) This is the only way to capture C's vertical jumps during practice. Our state does not allow TOPs test viewing. We already know Liv is so awesome!!! Keep up the great work! :)

@sunraysgym8 Hi Lauren, Thank you! They changed it this year. Now 8 year olds must qualify for the opportunity to go to Texas in October just like the older girls. The results will publish in August. Based on C's TOPs test score she has a very good chance to qualify for Texas. We'll see...she is very excited! Thanks again! :)
