No it doesn't, it simply puts the lightning part of the mystic arte at the end. They both do the same amount of hits.

Hold A+B to make moon glare hit more times. Mind of Brush is only available with the deck brush weapon.

There's a skill called Minimum Damage which reduces all damage done by that character to 1.

It's useful for comboing and grade farming.
