I actually got the opportunity to communicate with David Homb, the actor that plays Don in Phantasmagoria. Apparently he and the girl that played Adrienne began dating during production of the game, and I THINK I remember reading that they were married for a while, too (although I'm not 100% sure on the source of that one). Fun little trivia for you all. :)

I see what it is now. The player that youtube uses cuts it short. I've noticed it watching other videos. It never used to cut off before and I assure you it's not censored. Her head does split open for a brief moment, but gets cut off by the youtube player doing whatever it does.

Either this scene or the acting is very good, or it's song. Maybe it's all the stuff together, but it's very moving. I have to try and make scenes like this all the time for my gaming group and for theater classes and trying to find the right music for a good scene is a shit job.

Fantastic game. I played it when I was kid and that was early 1996 - I was given Teac x6 cd-rom and SB AWE32 for christmas present and of course phantasmagoria was the first cd-rom game (with audio!) that I played. Guess how I was shocked and delighted! Beautiful times!
