i have my left side ribs done and for me it was pretty painful, it wasent too bad in between ribs. but once it was on the bone thats what sucks, but like all tattoos eventually you get used to it, and to anybody who is scared to get there ribs done, stop and think, lots of people have them done, if it was THAT painful no body would have there ribs done

It's painful for the first 30seconds,but admit it;it's not painful all the way. Later on it feels like your skin is being ripped away from your body,that's all. Not painful at all.

I can`t agree that it only hurts the first 10 minutes. I sat through 2 hours of pure pain. Every second of it on the ribs and stomach was almost unbearable. I may add I`m not a big fan of pain but that was the worst I ever experienced.

yes it does.. but after a while your skin gets numb and u wouldnt feel anything... but, it really hurts for the first 10 mins..
