Firstly, in addressing your ignorance, "inslaved" is not a word. However, enslaved is. The Spanish ruled from 1778 to 1968 (190 years). Now, Equatorial Guinea was Spanish Guinea (which was Spain's African colony). Equatorial Guinea is in Rio Muni (which is the continental region). In the late 1950s, Rio Muni became a province of Spanish Guinea. French is also Equatorial Guinea's official language which is surrounded by former French colonies.

Equatorial Guinea has the resources and the geographical situation, apart from a good weather and great Nature. So there is no place in Africa so well placed to build an African Dubai and Singapore.
